I ordered the grill shrimp from the appetizer as far as taste goes, it was amazing. The down side what’s they brought my shrimp out with everybody’s main untray So it was warm but not hot like everybody else’s food. Our wait to sit was over an hour and the waitress never gave anybody a refill on their drinks. We also ordered margaritas the drinks could have been stronger.

It’s Texas Roadhouse so of course it started off with fresh baked rolls, cinnamon butter and peanuts. It would be hard to complain about one of those things. The peanuts they now put in a bag on your table so if you don’t wanna eat them there, you can always take your bag with you, which is nice. I stayed away from the alcohol this time so nothing to say about the drinks wasn’t extremely impressed with their choice of draft beers, they had your basic domestic and imports, but nothing very special and nothing on the Highpoint side like voodoo Ranger or any High Point IPAs. But the sweet tea hit the spot. I ordered the 12 ounce Fort Worth ribeye medium rare. The steak was cooked perfectly, it was juicy very well seasoned. For the sides I got a bowl of chili which came before the steak and their chili is really good. Great little appetizer really. And then I had mac & cheese that came with the steak. I’ll be honest I’m a connoisseur of mac & cheese. The mac & cheese leaves a little bit to be desired. It’s OK it’s not great. It’s not bad but it’s a nothing special if you do get it it’s very important that you stir it from the bottom to the top. I find this out every time I go there the cheese all goes to the bottom of the bowl and the top noodles just seem like they’re buttered so you have to start from the bottom to the top to get all the noodles coded in the cheese sauce and once you do that, it passes as good. Service was great. We had to wait just a couple minutes. I think we got the right about 5 o’clock so it didn’t take long to get seated. My wife has started doing her own reviews, so I’m not gonna mention her food but overall I think we’re pretty happy. She may have had some complaints about her country fried sirloin. The service was really good. Atmosphere was happy and it’s very well priced I think. I’d also like to mention that we had a free voucher for a veterans meal. Texas roadhouse really goes above and beyond for Veterans Day. They give you a voucher that you can come back and use at a different time so you don’t have to be completely crowded and eat that day which is really nice. Plus it gives you the opportunity to go eat lunch somewhere else and come back a different day and use your voucher. When you come and pick up your voucher, I’ll give you the voucher in a bag of peanuts and they have a chance for you to donate to toys for tots and a few other things like that so definitely wanna give them a shout out to how well they take care of veterans and active duty military For that reason alone there are a great business to support.

I came in for dinner and ordered a bone in ribeye. I ordered it rare. When I received my order, it was only cooked and charred on one side. When I expressed my concerns, my waiter was very understanding, and got me a new steak. The second one was just the same. When I spoke to the manager(also the owner according to him) about my experience, he told me that “Thats just how they come and it’s hard to cook a steak rare and still lock in the flavor) which I really don’t buy for a second. And the other manager that came to my table literally rolled her eyes at me. I went to outback a couple days later, ordered the exact same thing. and they did it perfectly for me. This whole experience took up the time I was supposed to be eating with my friends and family. So I left the restaurant with an empty stomach, a Togo box full of half cooked steak that they still made me pay for, and just an overall bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to Texas Roadhouse.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. The steak was incredible — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The drinks were delicious, well-balanced and refreshing. But the real stars? The bread — absolutely divine, soft, warm, and that cinnamon butter is pure magic. And the baked sweet potato was just perfect — sweet, creamy, and unforgettable.
A great place to enjoy good food, a lively atmosphere, and friendly service that makes you feel right at home.

After two hours post ordering, asking for my salad, waiting to be seated (time not counted in the 2 bours) my food comes out cold. We had to ask for cutlery, refills were promised and repeatedly didn’t happen- and not a single manager to be found. You can go through my posts, I’m not one to “speak to the manager”. Meat was near impossible to chew, the plain potato came loaded and partially raw. The chicken also had a tendon – we never seen anyone beyond when we grabbed them. It was self-service without the ability to get the crap myself. We came at 7pm. It’s now 9:12. Truly disgusting. Very disappointed, we shouldn’t have had to pay for this trash- unfortunately there was not a soul we could speak to.

We had lunch today at Texas Roadhouse in Chattanooga, and it was definitely a great idea! The food was delicious and the experience was just as enjoyable. My fish-loving kid absolutely loved the grilled salmon! My husband had chicken, which he liked, and I went with the grilled pork chop, which was juicy and flavorful.
But I have to say, what surprised me most was the rice. It was so good! It reminded me of the way we cook rice in Asian homes, which I rarely find in American restaurants. This place is now one of the only two restaurants I’ve been to so far that serve rice this good.Definitely coming back!
