Our server, Madelyn, absolutely went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. She checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks filled, and had such a warm, positive attitude that it honestly made the whole meal better.
Even though the food itself was just good, Madelyn’s outstanding customer service more than made up for it. Because of her, we left happy and feeling well taken care of.
We will definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Madelyn!
Placed to-go order through the app. I ordered a Porterhouse steak with sautéed mushrooms & onions (medium well), and a ribeye medium well/shrimp combo meal.
Upon arrival, I was informed that my order was not ready, which was not a problem. However, when I got home, I discovered that the additional toppings I paid for were missing from my steak. I called and spoke with a to-go employee to request a refund for the missing toppings, but was told that a refund could not be processed since payment was already completed. I was informed that a manager would reach out to me, and I am currently waiting for a call back.
After the call, I returned home to enjoy my meal, only to find that both steaks were severely undercooked—far below the requested medium well. The Porterhouse was raw inside, and the ribeye was also undercooked. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount spent on the meal (over $85)
I hope to hear from a manager by tomorrow to resolve these issues for the missing toppings and the undercooked steaks, as the meal did not meet the standards expected.
