This was the first time we picked our own steak. Being able to pick the marble and cut, was an upgrade. We went for an early dinner after getting in from the airport. It was already busy, but plenty of staff and seating to handle the traffic.

DISRESPECTUFL, RUDE & DISGUSTING.
When checking in we were asked if we wanted to sit on the patio. I stated “no” but then was told I would have to. We get put out it’s extremely hot and muggy, tables were dirty and then ants crawling on them. They literally turn on a small stand up fan for the whole area. Then when they crack the roll up doors it makes it worse plus people stand next to it smoking. The ants are crawling all over the crumbs and food leftover that doesn’t get cleaned off . The flies are horrible. Plus the hazard of extension cords going across the floor. The salt shaker was absolutely disgusting and a severe health hazard as it rust on the Inside that had gotten on the actual salt.
The food was not any better. Steak was way over cooked to the point it was like leather, sides were cold , macaroni on the kids plate was curdled
Yes I did speak with the manager about EVERYTHING (she had on a tie dyed shirt ). She only said the salts normal, and the steak just needed sauce and the rest just happens.

We went there to celebrate my daughter’s 55th birthday. We waited for over an hour to be seated. When we’re seated was so filthy until we had to ask some to clean the area before we could be seated because it was way any of our guest going to sit on top of dirty silverware under our feet and dirty paper napkins. After being seated my daughter tried to order bbq ribs but they were out of them. I would never go there or recommend going there again.

Me and my friend got dinner there earlier tonight, out hostess was Madi and she was such a sweetheart!!
Madi joked with us whilst leading us to our table and lightened the mood a good bit, it was as if I knew her for years!
Our waiter was Joseph and he was so helpful throughout the whole night, he double checked our order and made sure our food was made correctly! He had an amazing attitude and readiness to serve.
Even with how busy Texas roadhouse can get on a friday night, he made sure that me and my friend got our drinks, our rolls, and our food out quickly! 11/10 service and will be dining again!

The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! I particularly enjoyed the top-shelf margarita with an additional $3.00 shot of Patron. The drinks felt a bit overpriced considering the alcohol content.

We got there and our server was backed up but she was working to get things done fast. She was nice, and. Did a great job. When our steak arrived at the table (bone in ribeyes) they were cut like a wedge when the waitress ask if we wanted to see a manager I said yes. I am embarrassed to do that but when you spend $80 on 2 meals it should good. I showed the manager and she said “and what is wrong with that”. I honestly think this is the rudest manager I ever met at a restaurant. I ordered it medium and one side was well done while the other was not even cooked. I could not even eat it. The manager was so rude that I told her never mind I will deal with it and she just walked off. I won’t be back there after tonight.

10000000/10 such an amazing restaurant and we had such an amazing server, Joseph. From the time we sat down Joseph was on it, we didn’t have to wait on a refill because he had them coming, any questions about the menu he was very detailed and sweet about helping us. The overall atmosphere was amazing and such sweet people here!

My son and I ate here today. It was my first time going. I know,I know,it’s been around a while but I never got the chance to go until now. And boy,I tell ya,I’m glad I did! Amazing food,fun atmosphere,very attentive staff and waitress,even the manager popped over. I can’t remember the waitresses name but she had dark hair and very curly. She also worked the bar next to us but every time she walked past ,she would check on us to make sure everything was ok. And to the many people that read or follow my posts,you know how I can come down harsh on some places but there are no complaints at this location 6150 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL 36608. I will most certainly be back to try every item ! Thank you Texas Roadhouse for such a wonderful meal!
