Always a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! I tried the Herb Crusted Chicken for the first time and it was flavorful, tender, and absolutely delicious. My husband had the sirloin and ribs — the steak was cooked to perfection, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with a delicious smoked flavor.
The service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was nicely decorated for the holidays.
We definitely recommend this location!

Arrived at Foley, TR, 11am on weekday, door opened and a few of us by greeted by unkept employee, soiled t shirt, greasy hair. Ordered 12 ounce ribeye, Caesar salad and broccoli. I had many ribeyes in my life and this was the worst! As you can see in the photo, much waste of fat and gristle. When asked by server how my steak was, I replied lots of fat and gristle. She responded by saying yes, ribeyes have a lot of fat. DUH…good ribeyes have marbling. Í suspect TR buys a cheap cut of these for the mass. Caesar salad would have been good had it not been drenched in dressing. Not impressed overall and would never go to a TR again, this being my first time. Í notice managements response to bad reviews are “ We’re so sorry to let you down”….well instead of writing that, take action….look at your negative reviews…sorry is not good enough!

We had to wait for only 35-40 minutes. Our server Drew was right there to greet, the restaurant was busy. We got out drinks then ordered an sampler appetizer. I had grilled shrimp and my husband shared his steak and salad with me. The bread they serve before the meal is too good!! The meal was fantastic and it started with our server Drew. Fantastic job folks!!

We picked up my kids on Friday night, January 9, and took them to Texas Roadhouse in Foley, Alabama for dinner together as a family—our favorite place to eat. Even on a busy Friday night, the experience was smooth from start to finish.
My girlfriend used the Texas Roadhouse app to join the waitlist, and we only had to wait a few minutes before getting a table, which was awesome.
The food was excellent across the board. My 14-year-old ordered the mac and cheese and absolutely loved it (so much that we needed a second one ). My 11-year-old got the 6-ounce sirloin and said it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. My girlfriend had the chicken, which she really enjoyed, and I had the Dallas Filet, topped with grilled onions and mushrooms—it was incredibly tender, full of flavor, and the toppings tasted great.
One thing we really love is that you can pick out exactly which steak you want from a glass case full of different cuts of beef, which is a great touch and shows the quality and care they put into their food.
Our waitress Christine was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service. She even helped save us some money on that second mac and cheese for my oldest daughter. The manager also came by our table to check on us, which we really appreciated.
Great food, great service, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Where do I even begin? I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but this experience was so bad that I felt compelled to share it.
To start with, my waitress was completely lacking in customer service. She took our orders and left us sitting there, never checking on us to see if we needed anything. I had specifically requested my steak well done, as per previous reviews, but it arrived undercooked. I sent it back, but by the time it was ready, my wife had already finished her meal.
When the Asian lady, who I believe was the manager, finally brought my meal to the table, I expressed my dissatisfaction. She offered a brief apology and walked away. I had already been waiting for my food to be remade, so I finished my meal and went to pay.
At this point, my waiter finally came over and asked if I was doing okay, probably hoping for a good tip. The probability of me coming back is very slim due to this experience.

On the way out I realized we didn’t receive any bread roll or peanut. That’s very odd.
11/22/2025 after I clearly stated that I didn’t want to pay the extra fee on kiosk our waitress still asked me to pay on the thing. I thought she could waive the fee or whatever. But when I got the bill details on the kiosk, there was still $1.99 fee which I tried to avoid paying from the beginning. So I decided to pay cash instead. For a $46.16 bill, I gave her $60 and she brought me back $13 for changes. Not only she kept $1.99 kiosk convenience fee on it, she also rounded it up.
Is it that hard for her to bring me a paper bill? We were not forced to pay on kiosk the other two times we visited recently.

My mother and I went to celebrate our neighbor’s birthday. We had wonderful service from the sweet waitress with double bun braids at the front, our waitress Michelle, until we were walking out the door handing everyone we passed saying have a great day!

We have gone to Texas Road House since it had opened. The last 2 times are steak was cooked incorrectly we had one cooked medium and one cooked medium rare The medium was a porter house steak mine a road kill They stated they have a new cook and then stated that is how they should be. I told them customers should get what they order I took pics for you all to decide. I will not be returning due to that. The answer I got from them was as sad as the steaks they serve us That is what we got for ordering it to go.

It’s just hard to beat a Texas Roadhouse steak. I had a 12oz Prime Rib, rare. I could cut it with a fork, and was full of flavor. My wife had a Ribeye and loved it. Both of us thought our steaks were larger than what we ordered enough that she actually checked our receipt to make sure. Our wait staff was really good. It was our waiters first solo day and we would never have known if he didn’t say something. Great Steak House, great service, fair price.
