Everything was good. The server we had made us feel a little rushed when trying to take our order. When trying to speak, she cut us off and that was a little frustrating. The food made up for that part but my family had a good time so that’s all that mattered to me. Also being able to watch the football games was a plus. Lively atmosphere.

Not a bad experience at this location. The food was good and the service was even better. Not a big fan of the clown play at the front by the hosts but to each their own. No wait time for us and the orders came out quickly so that was a plus. A little disappointed that they just let anyone in who acts like a fool but again if you go out to eat this is always the chance you take.

Placed order online and got there about 5 minutes after ready for pickup message. I asked for no croutons on my steak salad. As you can see they ignored my request and they forgot to put onions on it. Next a Ceasar salad was ordered with extra croutons, and the request was also ignored. We adjusted things to make it work however it would have been better if the details were followed according to the ticket.

Our server was friendly and the restaurant was clean however we went for steak and it was undercooked. Sent it back to the grill and it returned undercooked. We ordered them Medium and received them with red cool centers and the next time, still red.

My experience at Texas Roadhouse on yesterday was truly impressive. Considering it was Valentine’s Day and we had just left a funeral and the cemetery: the waitlist was quoted at 45 minutes. However, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated in approximately 25–30 minutes.
Once seated, we were immediately greeted with fresh rolls and cinnamon butter. Our drink and appetizer orders were taken right away, and within 6–7 minutes, a hot and perfectly prepared Cactus Blossom arrived at our table. Shortly thereafter, our salads were served, followed by our delicious steak entrées cooked to perfection. What stood out most was how efficiently the staff worked together. From the front of house to the back of house, the team operated seamlessly, moving guests in and out with professionalism and grace on one of the busiest days of the year.
A five-star experience all around. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Kudos and heartfelt recommendations to management and the entire Montgomery team for a job exceptionally well done on February 14, 2026. I forgot to take pictures!!! ❤️

This has always been a favorite spot for both our family and coworkers. The complimentary bread at the beginning is absolutely my favorite part! I had planned to meet the first group and begin dining, with the rest joining later. However, the restaurant kindly asked that the entire party be present before seating us, so I waited on the bench until everyone arrived. It took about 45 minutes to be seated.
If you’re planning to meet others here, I recommend arriving together to make the most of your time and enjoy a smooth dining experience.

I joined the waitlist at 5:24. The automated text message said it would be a 50-60 minutes wait. Every single restaurant I have been to texts you back when the table is ready, this establishment did not. Instead I have to text here. I was sent another message to go to the host stand. I go to the host stand and I am met by a young male with glasses and dreadlocks who tells me my table is ready they are just cleaning it. I wait another 20 minutes for them to “clean” the table. By now still no one has called on us. I go to the host stand where that same young male is literally hiding and dodging me behind other employees. I have never been met with such carelessness or such childish behavior before. We were not sat until 7:15…almost an hour after my table was supposed to be ready. Luckily the server was very attentive and sweet. Steak was just okay but the sides were good. The host stand needs some work, I will not be returning.

watched waitresses sit around as there is over an hour wait time. Got seated, waited 10 minutes for someone to ask us if we were okay and what drinks we wanted. Ordered, my friend got her food right away. I sat for over 40 minutes waiting for my food and she was done eating. I asked them to box up my food since we were already done, and we never saw our waitress again. When I finally got my food, there was a hair deep in the potato. Which I didn’t even ask for. This Texas Roadhouse needs to step it up.
