Good dining experience! Dinner was a great success! We stopped by on a Thursday night for dinner. The restaurant was busy, but there was no wait for our party of 3. Our server was new and this was her 1st night, but she was AWESOME! She had a very bubbly personality, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and she was a great server!
We ordered chicken fried steak with double mash potatoes. The meal came with 2 sides and they had numerous options. We also ordered salmon with wild rice and green beans and a ranger chicken tender meal that came with fries. Of course we also had some of the amazing dinner rolls that came with our meals. We would definitely return when in the area!

My daughter graduated college with her Masters in NP. So a number of 14 of family members went to celebrate the occasion here. And our server was amazing. She handled our orders with ease. And kept us in tea and soft drinks. I wish I could remember her name. But she was so very nice and sweet. And a awesome waitress. The food was great and there was a great deal of people there at the time. But our wait time was only 35 minutes and we were seated and took care of immediately.

Emma Grace has been the absolute best server we have had at this location, she stayed on top of our tables needs and was extremely kind. She kept a smile on her face the entire time. She stayed so patient and kind even with how extremely busy they were!!! Hands down the absolute best server y’all have on the team 🙂

My boyfriend’s mother picked up the grilled salmon and brought it home for me. When I got home I started eating and noticed the salmon felt weird as I eat salmon a lot. I turned my flashlight on (it was dark in my room) and saw a completely raw piece of salmon. I called the restaurant and let them know. I’m already feeling sick so just take this as a lesson to check your food before you leave or eat it.

4 stars I’m going to say this is probably my least favorite Texas Roadhouse location (& we’ve eaten here 3-4 times now) out of many throughout different states/cities we’ve been to. When we go for lunch it seems like service is slow and there’s barely anyone in there (this has been on multiple occassions). Also one thing that probably only bothers a few people, this is the only location I’ve ever been to that doesn’t serve the French dressing. The food is usually always good except the rolls are inconsistent- you might get a perfectly cooked basket or you may get one pretty over done. Atmosphere is nice and staff/servers have always been friendly/nice. We will be back again, of course!

Food was good, arrived in order, and in a timely manner. Steak was cooked as requested (it has always been for the 2 decades weve been eating here). However, we didn’t get any rolls…..at all…..even to go after we were done. That’s on the lazy roll baker, not the server. Experience was pleasant overall.

When ordering TO-Go the pick up time is always wrong. You get there at your pick up time and have to wait atleast 25 mins. Not blaming the workers but maybe the system? Or maybe it’s just my order. It’s definitely an inconvenience . My order said 4:35 and it’s currently 5:04 and I have no been greeted or acknowledged. Still haven’t received my food.

This is the first time I have ever given them a less than perfect score for their steak. I have been ordering the 16oz. Sirloin cooked medium rare and it’s has always been cooked perfect and tender for a sirloin steak and taste delicious. But this time it was TOUGH… Very tough. I couldn’t finish it because I couldn’t chew it. I thought at first it would get more tender towards the middle of the steak but it only got worse. this has never happened before at this or any Texas roadhouse restaurant. I hope and believe it was just a bad steak and it won’t happen again. I told our server (who was awesome by the way) and she offered to get me another steak but we had an appointment so I didn’t have time to wait as they were packed that day and very busy so I told her I would appreciate a discount and she went to take to the manager (who didn’t come to my table and talk to me or look at the steak, I would have appreciated speaking with them about it. But they were busy as I said.) They offered us a 10% discount (which was adequate… I would have preferred to show them the steak.) Everything else was great as usual! Food, service, everything. Love the rolls!

I have been to many of these establishments and this one is horrible by far. I was treated very rudely by hostess, then given a huge run around because I have a TN id and they didn’t want to serve me,even though the management said it was fine. The waitress was horrible and degrading us. I never in my life have been so disappointed and disgusted with a establishment until this incident. Don’t recommend this one ho to another one. The food wasn’t cooked properly and made us sick!
