The food was up to Texas Roadhouse standards, fresh and hot. The prices were good but the service was terrible. We arrived at noon on a Saturday and the restaurant was not very busy. We were sat right away but it took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order even though we asked twice for someone to help us. We didn’t have our food until an hour after we arrived. The waitress did not pre-bus our table and never checked on us. I would recommend skipping this location. Not worth the hassle and certainly not worth spending your hard earned money on.

Stopped in for drinks and appetizers after a long day at work. The restaurant was crowded but we were seated quickly. We had a great waitress named Hannah who helped us. She was sweet, attentive, and a great representative for the company. She did a great job and we enjoyed meeting her.

The food was absolutely amazing! We received our food in a timely manner considering that they were quite busy. Our server, Zach, was good when he was around, but after we paid the check, he disappeared. We got another server to find him. Overall nice place.

I will say this is my first time dining in this particular location. The wait is usually ridiculous! I went today at 3:00 pm. Perfect timing. Our waitress was amazing!!! I truly felt that everything we had today was cooked to perfection. So word of advice, timing is everything!! Please don’t go during peak hours to ensure the best service all around.

Ordered the ribeye steak. They have huge, thick, beautiful steaks on display by the kitchen. The steak we got was 1/2 inch thick and simply overcooked. The Caesar salad was inedible – it tasted like they ran out of dressing and put water in the bottle to get the last remaining dressing out and then poured it over the salad – disgusting!! The rolls however were AMAZING!!

I had a great experience here! Our server was Madison and she was super attentive. A minor issue is that the last time we came here, the steak was undercooked (completely fine – I understand it happens). However, rather than bringing a new steak, their policy is to take back and recook the smaller pieces of steak I had already cut into. When it came back, it lost a lot of its flavor and juices from being cooked in smaller pieces.

Went to Texas Roadhouse at this location in Tuscaloosa on Sunday 20 Aug around 7:30 PM, after a bad experience at Metro Diner down the road. My wife put my party of 5 on the online wait list. 30 min wait supposedly. 20 minutes into the wait (while sitting out front and obviously waiting) I just checked to make sure things were moving along. Hostess told me there were problems in the kitchen and nobody else would be seated for an indefinite amount of time. Sad business practice. They should have notified online wait list folks (had contact info), and at least had a manager dealing with patrons at the front. Stuck around to see many folks turned away and in varying states of disgust. Oddly enough though, some made it in. Very disappointing experience. I don’t plan on ever going back, unless maybe I catch wind of new management.

Had kabobs, something different for me. It was great, cooked just right. Service quick and friendly. Member in our party was his birthday, wait staff and surrounding tables sang to him, but other than that, quite atmosphere, enjoyable dining.

Food was amazing grilled chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned nicely. Steak was cooked how it was ordered though a little bland on seasonin side of things. We sat at bar and staff was absolutely the best, so friendly and courteous, they were patient and helped us with menu recommendations. Only down fall was it was 2 hrs before closing and they said they were out of bread! But salad was good so it was okay!
