We had a wonderful experience at Texas Roadhouse! It was myself, my son, and his girlfriend’s mother, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we loved snacking on the peanuts while we waited (we even took a bag to go!).
Our server—whose name I believe was Kenzie—was excellent. She was kind, attentive, and very professional. She checked on us regularly, kept us updated on when our food would be ready, and made sure everything was just right. Her great attitude and service really added to our experience.
The food was delicious, the drinks were good, and everything came out just the way we ordered it. Overall, we had a great visit and would definitely come back again.

First time eating there, they were super busy. Never the less we were sat quickly we received bread as soon as we were sat . The. greeted in an appropriate amount of time considering our server Emanuel had a full section and a large party. Ordered 1 drink from the bar it arrived at the table less than 5 mins it was a solid pour not to strong not to weak. We order fried pickles they we thinner than other restaurants and no corn meal in the batter . They were fire . My wife ordered the ribs and fries from the appetizer section. They were on point nice flavor not dry and fall off the bone tender. I had a 6oz sirloin medium with a Cesar and mashed . Cesar was so good the dressing not your typical Caesar that is heavy on anchovies paste. It was light and airy the croutons seemed like they were made in house . Mashed potatoes had some skin in them which I like let’s me know they are real. The steak was cooked to perfection. Our server Emanuel was great definitely will ask for him next time we go. Oh and our bill was reasonable at 49$$$$.

My friend from Saint Croix is here. She doesn’t get much steak on the island so I took her and my friends to the Texas roadhouse as that’s my favorite restaurant. And everything was just great. I think we’ll be going back one more time. She loved it.

Sides are filling, and the bread with cinnamon butter is always a highlight. It can get loud and busy, especially in the evening, but service usually stays on top of things and keeps orders moving. Not fancy dining, but solid portions, fair prices, and a relaxed, casual atmosphere make it easy to come back.

This place, unlike other Texas roadhouse house restaurants I’ve visited, had a real disconnect. Started with no bead or peanuts that I ask two different people about before I got my waitress to ask. Only to have to wait anyway for fresh rolls. We ordered and got our prime rib, which was perfect, but 15 min before our salads and appetizers. Thankfully the manager came by and apologized and gave us a discount on our meal. Thanks for that, it saved our visit from being the worst of our trip.. overall the food was incredible, but the waitstaff seemed to busy talking to one another then being present and attentive to the patrons. Im sure that they will be better in the future, but not this night..

The Texas Roadhouse restaurant sits on College Rd. next to Paddock Mall. They have a great menu selection starting with a variety of steaks, ribs, chicken, and fish. The steaks are cooked to your liking and comes with delicious sides you may choose from the list.
I had a baked potatoe, which was nicely done and someone in my party had the corn side and said it was delicious. The dinner rolls are freshly baked and are awesome!
Our server was great and the rest of the staff very attentive!
The restaurant is usually busy, but the wait time is reasonable. I recommend a visit to this restaurant!

Idk how other to say this but I had to get my food cooked 3 times and even the third time it was raw. It also took 2 hours to leave and none of my food was cooked properly it was raw even the marinara sauce was dry as bread. It took 20 mins to get a second round of drinks for 3. Food was raw. The only good part was leaving.

Biggest shout out to our waitress Erica M. It was a busy Saturday but her service never fell below top tier. She prides herself of being a “seasoned waitress” and she was just that. Very personable, communication was amazing and her vibe was unmatched. Oh, and the food was good too!

I love Texas Roadhouse but tonight was the worst experience I’ve had food wise and while the order was finally corrected the manager’s solution was to bad mouth the new grill guy and offer a discount. While appreciative of the discount offer her solution was to apply a “local hero” discount card for first responders which I am not. Maybe that was the easiest thing to do but it struck me poorly because there was no ownership of the bad experience and if upper management or franchise owners looks through discounts given there would be no accountability for the poor experience.
As for the food itself, neither order was cooked correctly, my salad came 10 minutes AFTER the first steak was sent back, & only got a refill after asking a manager for a drink when the corrected food finally arrived. .
Hope they can fix their issues internally as this was a poor effort across the board.

The music was so loud you could speak to the person you were dining with. To make it worse the speaker was cracking and not clear! They didn’t have butter when we first came in and said they would bring us some when it was ready. Finally had to ask for some butter. Order a onion bloom for an appetizer. They burnt the first one and the second one wasn’t that good. When my ribeye came it was a little salty and overcooked and the baked potato was hard. I don’t like writing a review like this but the truth. It’s also my 75th birthday!
