Not many places open on Christmas Eve around here – but Texas Roadhouse was, and it was just my dad and I this year, so we went in and it was really good. The place was packed, but our wait time was only 10 minutes. They brought out their bread and butter, which is delicious – had to limit myself to just two pieces of bread! Also tried their Shrimp appetizer and gotta say I was impressed with how well seasoned and juicy the shrimp was, A+ For main course tried the Churrasco Steak with rice and Chimichurri sauce, and that was on point too. The steak was cooked just right and very flavorful Chimichurri sauce. Had a cup of their Chili too, and that was tasty as well. Overall a great Christmas Eve dinner

The secrets out about this place. Best waitresses ever! We came in w a large group, the place was packed and we were still waited on hand and foot and food was brought fast and delicious. We had 2 tables and separate waitresses and they were both outstanding!

As semi-regulars, we traded our usual Friday visit for a Thursday birthday dinner, and the experience was flawless. From the moment we walked in, the manager and hostess provided a warm, genuine welcome. When we requested a quieter table away from the large parties, the staff displayed seamless teamwork—finding us a perfect spot on the upper dining deck within seconds.
Our server, Ana, was the highlight of the evening. She is the gold standard of service: friendly, personable, and incredibly intuitive. We never had to ask for a single thing; she anticipated every need before we could even mention it. She even went above and beyond with our to-go order, ensuring every condiment—from the honey mustard to the cinnamon butter—was perfectly tubbed and lidded. Both Ana and the manager checked in frequently, making us feel truly valued. Thank you, Ana, for making my birthday so special. We will definitely be back and asking for you!

Service was a little slow. Was a Wednesday night.. The ribeye was subpar as well as the filet that I had. There were strings(veins) in the meat which you should not have. This evaluates to subpar meat. Quality control really needs to look at their purveyors. And 3.99 for 9 slices of sauteed mushrooms= 2 mushrooms) !!

looked to be a whole onion..Salad had brown lettuce tomatoes that were bruised and started to open. The first salad came with eggs. They took it back but there had been a crouton that had spilled in the dressing on the side. So the second salad they brought back without the eggs had the same side dressing with the crouton in it when they brought a new one.
Soooo. Check the alcohol policy!!! My first and Last visit!

Great food tonight.
Only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Our server was Shawn and he was on top of everything.
Refills, food was hot as it came out and just an all around good experience.
We ordered a shrimp appetizer, the 6 ounce sirloin with sides of chili and mashed potatoes, the loaded baked potato.
We ordered two of the $5.00 margarita specials but they’re small so opted for regular sized second drinks.

My husband ordered a porterhouse steak medium. It came out well done and tough. He sent it back. The manager came out with another one even more well done . The manager sent it back. Meanwhile my steak was cooked exactly like I asked. The waitress just wants to turn the table she is visibly annoyed. Finally the third steak comes out medium. No sooner than the steak was set in front of my husband, the waitress came over and asked if we were ready for dessert. We said not yet. Two minutes later she came over and asked if we wanted two to go boxes or one. I don’t like that the steak took three times to come out right but the worst part is, we felt rushed and we were made to feel as if it were our fault that we were there for an exorbitant amount of time.
For the record, we do not want to spend hours at a Texas Roadhouse. We would like to have good food and good service.

Husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, got there at 5:00 and things were just getting crazy busy. A sweet girl at the door entrance took our name and phone number and we found a seat. Wasn’t 10 min and we got texted and taken to our table by another nice, friendly young lady. She gave us our bread, warm and delicious with cinnamon honey butter. We looked over the menu and our very friendly waitress arrived. Put our order in and she brought us our beverages. Ordered Caesar salads and they arrived quickly, delicious they were. Our dinners arrived in a timely fashion, I ordered the Chicken fried Chicken with mashed potatoes, it was hot and very tasty. Husband ordered rib eye and baked potato, much to his disappointment the steak was very tough and chewy. Our waitress could not have been any more apologetic to him and took it back and reordered him a new one. Wow, that new steak arrived with a fresh baked potato by the nicest woman, maybe the kitchen manager. She had him cut a piece and make sure he was satisfied, which he was, very tender and juicy and cooked perfectly. He enjoyed his dinner and we were pleased with such great service. We will come back to this location again. Recommend!! Debbie

She always greets us with a smile and you can tell she really wants to make her guests happy. We really appreciate her and all the staff. The Texas Roadhouse which we enjoy, our server (Brittany) was on top of everything (in spite of how busy she was). The manager did a great job keeping the restaurant moving. Food was delicious…if I had one criticism I would say this restaurant ABSOLUTELY needs acoustic’s…a simple $3-5k (I’m in that business and I know) would solve this problem….we heard it from many people they refuse to go because of how loud it was.
