We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse in Odessa. Make sure to make a reservation early because it gets very crowded in the evening.
The prime rib is a must-try — super tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Also, the fresh bread they bring out is amazing, especially when it’s hot and straight from the oven. So good!
Definitely recommend this place if you’re craving a hearty and delicious meal.

Took my mom here tonight for her 70th birthday (her choice). Parking lot seemed super busy but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Jo was our server and she was fabulous!! She was attentive, friendly, and on point from start to finish.
My mom and I both ordered Ribeye and ribs combination with sides. All was delicious and cooked perfectly!

Our food and service was fantastic. The croutons in the salad were so soft and delicious. My pink LIT was mixed perfectly, the ribs fell off the bone and the steak was perfectly pink. On top of all that our server Kailani checked in on us on a regular basis and the manager did her rounds to make sure everyone was happy. There were sports on but it wasn’t too loud. We will definitely be back again!

My recent visit to Texas Roadhouse was a mixed experience, landing at a three-star rating. The atmosphere was good—lively, clean, and welcoming—and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. They made us feel comfortable and were quick to check in, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the quality of the service. I ordered a burger, and it lacked flavor to the point that it really took away from the overall experience. For a place known for hearty, well-seasoned meals, this was disappointing. On the other hand, the country fried steak was solid, and the potatoes and corn were enjoyable. That dish delivered what I expected, but it still wasn’t enough to elevate the whole meal.
Overall, the visit felt very average—nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. With the atmosphere and staff being the strongest part of the experience and the food falling short, this ends up being a “one and done” for me. There are too many dining options out there to return to a place where the main meal just didn’t hit the mark.

This was a 50/50 experience. We weren’t even supposed to be here. It was circumstances landed us here at 440 on a Friday. The chili tastes really good except it came out ice cold. Asst manager took it from me after I put on end of table and flagged him down. It didnt come back for a long time. I worked in restaurants for 20 plus years so yes your brain wanders. Entrees come out mine is good, guest 2 was all well done. Ordered medium rare. Chili shows up but realize no spoon or crackers to eat with. Took us 12 mins to find someone for a spoon and crackers, busy now at this point. Steak comes back now it is completely raw bleeding inside fat dangling. Customer 2 lies to manager says it is great. Because now he is like this would make a scene let’s bow our heads and pay and leave. Except he wants me to pay 34.99 for a non meal. I said fine but not paying for you not having any cooked food, my spoon and crackers show up now. We ask server if we can pay drinks and mine and take off the raw meal. She said has to ask manager if allowed. So she comes back and says they took it off already. I give her 20 for her service she didnt do anything wrong food was just maybe rushed and things got missed like over cooked and than under cooked happens. Paid our 37.02 and left. Oh but let the very nice manager know men’s room has no soap to wash with very crucial with the way this counties health dept cracks down on these restaurants. I know I opened a local one down the street they are brutal. Overall it is a nice restaurant, not sure I will convince guest 2 to go back but I do like the atmosphere here. Food was just having trouble that Dec 26 late afternoon. It happens. Try them, dont not go based off us.

Good food good music and got to watch them line dance every so often so that was neat and they had t.v. for games. It was a good first time and our server was amazing i cant remember his name but ty very polite and made sure we were good and i dropped my napkin on the floor and he offered to get me another how nice . So good dinner with the hubby. thank you texas road house keep up the good work and rhe show too thats awesome.

On Friday, my husband and I had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant, where I decided to try their rib eye steak. Although the steak was cooked to perfection, I found the fatty content to be excessive, which was not in line with my expectations. However, I was impressed with the freshness of the horseradish and the warm welcome bread, which was served fresh. Furthermore, the atmosphere was lively, thanks to the waitress’s dance routine, which was performed every 45 minutes. We intend to dine there again in the future.

We hadn’t visited Texas Roadhouse in a while and decided to try this new location. Overall, we had a really good experience with only about a 10-minute wait. Both of our steaks came out cooked perfectly, just how we ordered them. And of course, the bread was absolutely amazing like always. We’d definitely come back.

My kids my mom and I ate here for an early dinner and was amazed with the service. It was very busy but the girl that waited on us her name was Giana. I’m pretty sure that’s how you spell it. Our buffalo wings was a little cold but she handled the situation very well and had them made fresh. She gave very good service so I had to say something to the manager for her to tell me it was her first time on the floor and I was blown away to find that she had never served before. Food was good and I would love for her to wait on us again! Very sweet and professional and never had to ask for a refill for our drinks. Overall a good experience.

Minimal wait time for how many people were there, that that was a plus, food was great! First time at this location, shawn was AMAZING! He’s not normally serving, so go see him at the bar for top tier customer service! I’ll definitely be back, the manager was also super sweet!
