We love Texas Roadhouse, however Pembroke Pines is not our usual location, although we have been to this location once about 3 years ago for a school field trip and had a great experience then.
Service was Ok, however the portions and plating for one of the entrees and the appetizer were not up to par with our usual Texas Roadhouse in Coconut Creek.
The sirlion steak with mushrooms and sweet potato was fine and cooked to perfection (medium rare), however the NY strip steak and fries order preparation and plating were seriously lacking as seen in the photo. We have never recieved a steak that apears to be cut in half before. Also the Fried pickles appetizer serving size seemed small for the $8.99 price as well as the serving size of fries.
We will continue to visit Texas Roadhouse however probably not this location again.

Long wait and the food was not that great. I had country fried chicken which was too salty , the server told us it was hit or miss on the saltiness , idk go figure , we also had the ribs which were ok however should of been better considering it is a bbq place

Had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant today. We went as a family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. They seated us in a booth where the AC wasn’t working, and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable.
We asked our waitress for extra butter, which never arrived. Then our appetizer came out completely overcooked, burnt, and somehow still ice cold in the center. We had to call the manager over, and while he did comp the appetizer, his only solution was to move us to another section which would have split up our family because the entire back dining room’s AC was broken.
At that point, between the heat, the poor service, and the terrible food, we decided to leave. Definitely not the experience you expect when going out for a birthday dinner.

Love this place and we visit every time we come to the US. Salads were served cold and crisp, and the thousand island dressing is the best. Steak was super tender and very delicious. Service was impeccable tonight. Every now and then they do a staff line dance, which is very entertaining. All around, the place is amazing, and highly recommend.

I just visited Texas Roadhouse and I simply have to share my incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in the right place. The atmosphere is pure American-Texan style: vibrant, welcoming, and with that rustic, authentic touch that transports you right to the heart of Texas.
One of the first things we noticed was the comfort. The chairs and tables are spacious and incredibly comfortable, making a long meal a real pleasure. Plus, there is plenty of room, so you never feel cramped; it’s perfect for going out with friends or family.
Exceptional Service and Juicy Steaks
What truly made the night memorable was the service and, of course, the food. Our server (I wish I could remember her name!) was an example of top-notch customer service: attentive, quick, and with a genuine smile that made us feel right at home. She guided us perfectly through the menu.
And speaking of the menu, the meat is the star! We ordered several steaks, and every single one was exceptionally juicy and cooked to absolute perfection. I loved the option to choose different sizes for the cuts, which is ideal whether you have a ferocious appetite or just want something light. I cannot recommend their steaks enough.
The Perfect End and Birthday Fun
To finish, the brownie with ice cream dessert was the perfect grand finale. The brownie was warm, dense, and wonderfully chocolatey, and the combination with the ice cream was a real treat.
Also, if you have something to celebrate, this is the spot! We witnessed a birthday celebration, and the way the staff sings and celebrates is spectacular. The icing on the cake was watching the birthday person get up on a saddle for a photo; it’s a unique touch of fun that takes the experience to another level!

Great spot for a good steak without breaking the bank. I always get the ribeye combo with shrimp it hits every time. Food’s consistent, portions are solid, and the service is always friendly. Oh, and you can’t forget the bread rolls with honey butter.. the best part!

Very nice steakhouse, cooks to perfection. Prices are very good and they have military discounts. You may want to do what we do and order 2 plates for a 16oz meal to split between 2 people, the steaks, sides and extra bread they bring to the table will fill you up. Great atmosphere very western. Will definitely return. There was very little wait time on Sunday afternoon but you can make reservations too. They have peanuts at the table and a small bucket to throw shells into. We even got in a little line dancing with the employees.
