Haven’t had texas roadhouse since 2010, in Texas, long time ago. I’m so glad we went. We were a little concerned about the wait time, but we called in, got on the wait list and within 15 minutes we were called in to be seated. Our server Aalyah was amazing. She was prompt, kept are drinks filled and our food came out exactly as requested, hot and amazing. The food was spectacular, my ribeye was cooked perfectly and not too seasoned, making it possible for me to add extra if wanted. Our appetizers were super good, salads were fresh and crisp and obviously the bread buns were hot and fresh off of the oven. I will definitely return to this location. The atmosphere is very family friendly, it’s well literally so you see your food and the person next to you, unlike longhorn.

The best Filet in town and our favorite steakhouse. Tender, juicy and cooked to perfection — and we’re picky! They serve this hot sweet bread as soon as you sit, the sweet potato well cooked and huge, the green beans tenderly cooked with bacon. No one cooks so deliciously and serve so quickly. I took my mother here for Valentine’s Day as it was one of my father‘s favorite places to go and she and him visited this one quite frequently. It was busier than I expected it to be, but that was OK. That is until it was time to get seated after our two hour wait. They had crammed in six two-top tables into the waiting area and we were seated in the very back in the corner of this very long narrow area. You go to this restaurant because of the atmosphere of the restaurant. The food is OK and is a good value for the price but it’s the atmosphere. On this night, we were completely removed from the atmosphere and the experience that you get by dining at this restaurant. Multiple guests that were in the same area as us commented that it felt like we were being punished like what did we do wrong to get shoved in here? lol
To add insult injury, team members (not our server) were constantly stopping by trying to rush you to get out. The only good part of it was that we were so close to the table next to us, we became friends over dinner. One of the team members was also trying to rush them and finally the lady had to tell them that she was gonna sit there and enjoy her margarita and when they were done, they were done and to stop pestering them. Of course, I vocally agreed and said amen which I could tell was not appreciated by the team member who I believe may have been a supervisor or a manager.
In the end, it wasn’t the fun night out we had hoped to have at a place that my mom and dad used to go to together when he was still alive all the time. I hope in the future, they consider not converting their small, waiting area into overflow, dining, and cramming people in there like cattle.

It was late, we were looking for a place to sit down and eat, and it had over 4 stars on google, what could go wrong? Pretty much everything. I had a NY strip that had zero seasoning or flavor. The wife had the sirloin with shrimp, that was dry, like a piece of driftwood. After waiting almost an hour for a baked potato, we asked for it to go. Below is a pic of that potato. Small, flat and dry, like the steaks. It wasn’t wrapped, had nothing on it, not even cut open and smaller than a can of soda. Not a single condiment in the bag, for a baked potato with everything on it. A very sad dining experience.

Came off Work hungry, starving just to receive this burnt burger! I called the restaurant and asked to a speak with a manager. The person pretended as if they could not hear me hung up the phone. I called back again the same person then informs me the manager is too busy to get to the phone the restaurant it packed. They can give me a call back when they’re able to. I decided to go to the restaurant to return my food the same person that answered the phone claims that it was a miscommunication. How is there a miscommunication when you told me the manager was too busy to come to the phone, The restaurant is busy?The manager approaches I showed her the food and ask her if she would eat it. She said no she then asked me “How did I order my burger” as if BURNT is an option on the menu. Customer service 0/10 Food -1000/10. Highly disappointed, when this could’ve been handled over the phone instead if unconveniencing me more having to drive all the way back to the establishment just to show them the burnt food.

When I leave this review, let’s be clear that the waitress did a fantastic job. The only problem was I ordered, prime rib, medium rare, and before I ordered, I’ll make sure that they have it because they have to verify or they cannot put the order in. And they had it in the order was put in and one minute before they brought the entire order out. They come out to tell me that they’re out of prime rib what would I like? I ordered the New York strip. It came out when everybody was about half done with their meals, and I had a lot of gristle and fat in it. I wasn’t gonna do anything until I received my bill and it still had prime rib on it so I asked for the manager why they did not comp half or put $15 gift card towards my meal for the major inconvenience of what they did. Manager in this photo it’s a good shirt came out. He said I’m sorry basically suck it up deal with it. I brought six people into the restaurant this evening and he failed to realize I was there a night before and in my business that I own, I take the entire Spa to Texas roadhouse for some of our celebrations. Well, I’m sorry but normally I wouldn’t leave these reviews, but I will on yelp Google and Tripadvisor because this type of arrogant nonprofessional way of doing business is not good.

The review is based on the hostess. We came in on Dec 30th around 5pm. Didn’t get her name but she was a white woman with black hair, black eyeglases and very rude. I came in with my family; father 93 yrs old, Korean War Vet, my mom 74 and my brother and niece who had gone in straight to use the bathroom first. I asked for a table for 5, hoping they would sit us right away because of my senior parents. My dad can’t be standing up for a long time and has difficulty walking, neither can my mom because of knee surgery. There was no line so I didn’t think it would be an issue and we would be accomodated. The hostess told me we needed to wait for the whole party to be there in front of her. I told her we all were in the restaurant and that my niece and brother were using the bathroom and I would appreciate if they could go ahead and sit us so my parents could rest their legs. Again she said no that we needed to wait until we were all there and was very rude in her tone, then I heard her talking about it with one of the other employees. Three families came after and were seated right away, so there were tables available. We waited for my brother and niece for about 10 minutes and he was pissed when he saw us still standing there. Of course we all thought it was a race issue, white woman with a “little power” and the hispanic family. We stayed because my parents were starving and both diabetic, but if it would’ve been just my brother and me, we would’ve left right away. The waiter, Carlos, was very attentive and took great care of us, and as we left the other waiters said thanks for coming in and goodbye, so that was very nice of them. The hostess still at the entrance when we left tried to make up for her rudeness when we left but I wasn’t having that. She said thanks for coming like she wasn’t all rude in her service when we came in, so I didn’t even look at her when we left, just kept walking and ignored her. I’ve been to many TR in other states and even in Puerto Rico were I live and never had this experience, much less when I’m with senior parents.

Came in around 6:30 PM and was seated right away, which I appreciated. The host staff at the front was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was lively, though a bit loud which is to be expected at a busy location like this. Since it looked like the restaurant was already quite busy, I placed my full order at once to try and avoid any delays. Unfortunately, the appetizer took about 20 minutes to arrive, and oddly, one of the sides from my entrée was brought out before the appetizer. The Caesar salad was underwhelming it lacked flavor, the ranch dressing was very bland, and overall it just looked like it had been thrown together without much care. Throughout the meal, multiple staff members dropped off different parts of my order, but my actual server didn’t come by to check in, refill my drink, or ask how the food was.
Additionally, I ordered a full rack of ribs but was given a half slab instead. At that point, I decided to just pay and take the rest of my food to go.
