I have been to several Texas Roadhouse locations and always had great experience. This one is no different. The service was outstanding except one mess up in our order. A different menu item than the one I ordered was served. They immediately offered to correct it, but we were in a hurry during a road trip and ate what I got (which was another nice dish). I would attribute that error to rush lunch hour and not going to take it seriously.

What an incredible franchise. We’ve travelled across the entire United States over the last month and have dined in at 8 different restaurants. From Florida to Utah and everywhere in between, every single meal has been 10/10 without fail. Top tier big steaks, not some fancy little 2oz steak you pay $150 for. Best bang for your buck and the service is always great. I can’t even compare it to anything we have back in Australia . I wish we had one back home

Everything here was perfect. The friendly service, the phenomenal food, and the quiet atmosphere. I have a gluten allergy and I had the Alice springs chicken and a loaded baked potato. I didn’t get sick. My daughter had a large Caesar salad. We will definitely come here again when we are in traveling through Gainesville.

Located just off 75 and Archer Rd, this Texas Roadhouse was a pleasant surprise. We hadn’t been to one in many, many, many years prior and decided to give it another try. From the moment we walked in, staff was pleasant and attentive making the visit very refreshing from a lot of chains as of late. The portions were plentiful and tasty as comfort food should be. The rolls are always where it’s at whether you prefer their cinnamon butter or plain butter. We didn’t make it to dessert but maybe one day!

This was one exceptional experience, and I’m very glad I stopped in for dinner. I’m usually a big fan of Texas Roadhouse anyway, but I’ve never had the meal experience come together this well. From the kitchen, to the wait service, everyone worked together as a true team. The steak was excellently cooked to the temperature I ordered, and it was done and delivered, before I could even start on my salad. Really really happy. I hope I am back in this area soon, so that I can return to find out if this is the norm at this location!

I had a fantastic steak at Texas Roadhouse — perfectly seared on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. The baked potato and those warm, buttery rolls made it even better. When it comes to flavor, they rarely disappoint.
That said, the seating really put a damper on the experience. There were clearly several spacious tables available, yet we were directed to a noticeably tight, uncomfortable spot — seemingly for the staff’s convenience. It’s frustrating when hospitality takes a back seat like that. Great food, but the lack of consideration at the start left a sour note.

I had the country fried steak. It was very good.
But the main fact is the sides were amazing! Buttered corn and the gravy were perfect and I’d go and order them again!

My boyfriend and I attended this establishment for date night and ordered a 14 ounce ribeye steak cooked MEDIUM. When we received said steak this is what we cut into. A raw steak. After our server finally came to check up on us (about 10 minutes later) we let them know it was undercooked and asked for it to be cooked a little more. At this point it’s been 20 minutes since we’ve first ordered. We then received the new steak delivered by who I assume was the manager. They asked us to cut into it and see if it looked okay. We said yes and thanked them. We did not receive any apology or acknowledgment for the undercooked steak and were not given any compensation. Been here multiple times and never had a bad experience. Fair warning if you come hungry and you receive an uncooked steak you may have to wait a long period of time to actually eat it.

Nico the bartender is great and Texas Roadhouse is always 10/10 regardless of city and state. Just one of the last chain restaurants that is always top notch. I usually get a sirloin steak with salad and mashed potatoes but today tried the burger for burger week and it was perfect.

All of our food was perfect today. Good service too from our waitress, even the hostess that walked us to our table was super sweet. I should have taken a picture of the cactus blossom. It was fried so well, the breading wasn’t falling off like it sometimes does at other places. Even the sauce tasted fresh and delicious. Couldn’t ask for better. The rolls were massive and plentiful, as well.
