I have not been to Texas Roadhouse for a while. I guess since they still had peanut shell littering on the floors. They have got bigger and more civilization. Now they are in bags and you got a takeout container for the shells. Still free! I think it’s for the better. Got the big Ribeye bone in steak 29.95. It was cooked perfect medium and big and tasty . My girl got the 12oz ribeye and shrimp combo 24.95. Not really pricey if you look at price now for good steak in the grocery store or butcher. The compliments fresh warm bread with sweet butter I forgot how good and tasty. Nice . The Cesar side salad was good but nothing to write about. Overall I was happy with a good steak and bake potato dinner.

Got the New York steak with steak fries, the steak was excellent and cooked properly however the steak fries were “old” and “hard”, not fresh. Had several appetizers though so I filled up before I had to eat the fries and the apps were excellent.

I like to go to Texas Roadhouse when I am having dinner with family or a couple of drinks. I went here last night to get together with family, and I ended up leaving the restaurant greatly annoyed. There were five of us, not including my three-year old, and we checked in at 6:05 PM. It was a 25-30 minute to get to a table, which was to be expected on a Saturday night. We ordered, received rolls, and was even served our salads… but then we were waiting almost 2 hours for our food! We watched other tables get their food before us, and leave, and other parties replace them! Courtney, our server, did great trying to keep us updated and all that but in the end I ate too many rolls and drank too much tea to enjoy my food. The manager then told us it was a “printer malfunction”, and gave us coupons for free appetizers for future visits. I’m sorry, I don’t plan on going to eat anytime soon. I had to occupy a hungry three year old those two hours. I don’t blame Courtney in the last, either. I felt bad for her more than anything else.

I wrote a review about 2 months ago and the situation called for an edit so I’m updating my review. Had a pretty bad experience at this location but they sent me a gift card and I gave it another shot. I was impressed, the food was perfectly cooked this time, served in a timely manner by a very welcoming staff and overall it was a great lunch with my girlfriend. Thanks Texas Roadhouse for making it right and I guarantee I will be back again. Very well done!

We usually eat in when we go but this time we wanted to grab some to go on the way home. BIG MISTAKE! 1st it was super busy, understandable because of gater national. Our food was supposed to be done at 750, we didnt get it until 820. We always get the same thing, filet salad and double pork chops. Always on point. My steak i asked for medium to medium well. It was well, to the point of almost burnt. No italian drizzle. The pork chops were beyond dry and the macaroni & cheese was dry as well and not edible. No utensils were provided (we should’ve checked that, i know)

We had waited over an hour at Cracker Barrel for our food. We gave up and came to Texas Roadhouse. When I say we received the BEST service by our amazing waiter Zack. Our food was so good! We had a great time. Lots of laughter over a VERY delicious meal. We cannot thank y’all enough for turning our very bad night into an awesome time.

So tonight was supposed to be a really special occasion with the gentleman I brought with me. After I tried to order us some wine I had realized I left my ID, THAT was not the problem. The problem was our waiter felt the need to play detective whilst the the man with me whom had his ID present ordered from the bar cause we couldn’t even be helped with a refill of the waters we ordered previously. Again supposed to be a special occasion an the waiter was doing too much as she made people ask the gentleman if the drink was for himself or for me as if we are sneaky children trying to get a drink. It really wasn’t that big of a deal for her to act the way she did. Then way the manager walked over talking about. She was correct on the ID check. My point is the mannerism of treating somebody like they’re less than grown. It’s embarrassing. It’s disrespectful. Last, but not least the food I had ordered had not quite come out of the kitchen yet, so we had those wrapped up for to go and a little Keynote. For what that glass of wine cost you, you can buy cheaper, buy the bottle at your local liquor store. Which is what I did because again It really wasn’t that big of a deal. I’m more upset about the mannerism. Thankfully, they changed my waiter but the mood was ruined. They ruin the occasion there’s nothing more to say, and this is a place I usually really love. . 🙁

Was with a group of 9. Was there for 21/2 hours. Only received my drink and no food for 2 of the hours. When it came I had it boxed to go. Only good thing was the management did pick up my bill. Even one of the waiters was so so rude. I think I’ll take a break from here for a minute. Maybe it will get better.
