I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse twice in the past 4 months, and both times, my steak was overcooked. During both visits, they brought out another steak, and it was still overcooked. The second steak they brought during my last visit had a pubic hair on the plate. The best they could do is not make me pay for the steak that was not cooked right. The waitress was great and they sang my daughter happy birthday. Upfront service was good. The floor manager who brought the second steak and didn’t see the hair on the plate should be demoted.

Texas roadhouse at this location has always been amazing. The chicken is never dry, the shrimp are never over cooked, the steak is exactly how you order it! Every single time! My husband and I like to have a nice meal every now and then, we go to Texas roadhouse because they have been 100% reliable, great quality food, great service, even when the restaurant looks slammed and super busy, the food is perfect! This is why we keep coming back, highly recommend it! And they have not increase their prices, so that’s a big plus!

Texas roadhouse is amazing. The food is always hot and amazing. You cant beat the rolls with cinnamon butter. My ribs were actually falling off the bone. Will definitely come here again.

Food and service is good, but its nearly impossible for them to cook your food right the first time. I’ve calculated it out of all the times I’ve eaten here (even at other Texas Roadhouse’s) and about 1/4 times they will cook what you ordered. Why do they even ask you how you want it cooked if they are just going to cook it the exact opposite? I cant tell you how many times I’ve ordered rare-medium well meat and my food was well overcooked and chewy. Its not the servers fault, the message is getting to the cooks, the cooks are just completely ignoring these requests. Sometimes I ask them to re-make what I ordered and with the same result, but they usually get it right the second time around.

The staff here is amazing, I had 8oz Sirloin with shrimp was cooked perfectly, baked sweet potato and house salad, was delicious !! The manager stopped by to check on us to ask if everything was good!!! We recommend it to everyone •

we arrived at 3pm, we had no wait. the staff was friendly. the service was fast. our sweet tea was refilled. the rolls were warm, the butter was soft and the prime rib was tender, as were the ribs. the grilled shrimp was very tasty.. courtney our server was outstanding. hearing them sing to celebrants was very fun!
