Im all about 5 stars but today I just can’t!
On the bright side, the Manager Redeemed the day, she removed the charge for the hard cheese on my fries and was genuinely sorry for it. And the Atmosphere is always
Our server was so out of sync that I will spare her name. My wife, niece and I sat down to eat, our server came over in a decent timely manner, took our drinks order, returned some time later, my niece complained that her drink was too sweet and my wife cup was filled with ice to the brim… she specifically asked for LIGHT ice. About 20 minutes later, our waitress came by and took our food order. THEN later when all the food arrived together now I was the unhappy one as the cheese on my fries were ROCK SOLID YO! (and to make it worse, our server asked if I wanted cheese on my fries and didnt say this will be an upcharge)
-I gave 4 for food because of the cheese on my fries, the proportion was WAY off, I paid $20 bucks for a half rack of ribs with 2 side and $12 for my niece’s kids ribs WHICH HAD MORE MEAT THAN MINE AND HER SIDE DISH WAS EXTRA $$$.
-Obviously I gave 2 stars due to the lack of care from our server
-I gave 5 stars for the Atmosphere because its Texas RoadHouse!!!! YEE-HAW

I have mixed feelings about our recent visit. I ordered my steak medium-rare, but it arrived closer to medium-well. The staff was very professional and took it back to the kitchen immediately to fix it. However, the timing was the biggest issue. When they did correct my order & finally it came —by the time my new steak arrived, my partner had already finished his entire meal.
Actually I should have just refused the new steak and my bill should have been comped & that was not done my management. I think that’s very poor customer service.

Recently made a repeat visit to Texas Roadhouse with my wife’s sister and brother-in-law. I’ve decided this is my go to place for either local ribeye or prime rib. I seriously don’t understand how they can serve the high quality meat they do for the price. Yes, you can get better steaks and better prime rib but you’ll pay two or three times as much. You have to decide whether or not it’s worth the up charge.
My preference, if you’ve ever read my reviews; is comfort food or down home cooking. This place offers both. The meats are quality and the sides compliment the beef. The eat in the service is reasonably quick. What else can I ask for.
Highly recommended.

Horrible service at the Bar. The Manager was super nice. (Matt) He greeted me at the bar and served my food. I never got my salad until after my dinner. They asked if I wanted my meal put under the heat. I asked them to make it fresh so I could eat my salad first. They brought my food out, steak was fresh but the shrimp was obviously under the heat the whole time and nasty. The bartender sat in a stool most of my visit. She never checked on me for refills or how my food was. I asked for the bill amd left and told the manager how gross my shrimp was. But told him I’d try it again another time.

My fiancee order was New York strip steak with baked potato no sour cream. He and I both received a rare bloody gross steaks. The waitress said she would get a new one for him. After waiting to eat his whole meal together the bake potato was now cold. Shocked the manager returned with the original steak over cooked. It was like eating shoe leather. Not a whole new hot plate of what was originally ordered. Next a new bake potato arrived with sour cream original order was no sour cream. Next day I get my rare steak out to salvage it and cook it to have with eggs. It was 90% fat when I began cutting it up. Terrible experience at Texas Road House in The Villages, Florida. We will not be returning. We will go to Outback Steakhouse in Leesburg where we are pleased with the excellent service everytime.You would think a Steak Company would know how to make a steak medium.

Needed to write a review because the last two times we’ve ordered meals our steaks have been overcooked. My wife likes hers medium rare and I like just medium. Hers was cooked beyond medium and mine was well done. Normally everything we order is just fine — but since it’s been two times in a row now, thought it best to leave this review as a heads-up. Our waitress Dominique was phenomenal! She gave great service, making sure the dirty dishes were picked up, stayed on top of refills, cheery, fun and polite. She even made sure my husband had the birthday saddle song. He loved being a cowboy for the night. She’s an asset to your company. The food was hot and delicious. The manager cares about how things are going by going to each table introducing herself and asking how things are. That’s a great manager who cares, good asset! It’s worth a 35 minute drive to eat at this location.

I asked for a medium-well steak (hint of pink) and it was next to blood running out of it. I don’t like to be the person to send food back; when you do they microwave it which completely ruins it. I took it home and grilled it myself. Not exactly the way I plan to have a $30 meal.

I made an order for pickup. Usually I get almost full on the sampler. Today I received undercooked potato wedges and “buffalo wings” the size of monopoly dice. The floor was sticky and the lady at the walk up door for pickup was extremely rude.
Avoid Lady Lake, FL location.
It’s sad when you can get better service and a more filling meal at McDonald’s.

This is our spot for great steaks. Tonight we went early for the prime rib. Ordered salads as a side. Salads and prime rib arrived at the same time. First mistake. Ordered prime rib medium rare. Came medium well to well done. Second mistake.Server said oh they both came at the same time-sorry. We love this place for the steaks but how can prime rib be overcooked at 3 in the afternoon? Just saying. We will be back because of all the great meals just don’t understand how this happened! Probably won’t order the prime rib again
