We had a wonderful time at this location. We were seated within 10 minutes of arriving around 11:15am. The place did start to fill up around noon but there didn’t seem to be much of a wait. We stopped by on our way home to south Florida. Isaac was a fantastic server. The food was prepared correctly and we did have one plate returned but it was corrected quickly. The overall experience was terrific. I recommend this spot for great steaks. I had the steak and rib platter and the ribs were amazing. Next time I’m ordering full rack!

Stayed at the TownePlace Suites nextdoor & walked over for a late dinner with my kids. Our server was Christine – she was lovely & attentive. The boys ordered off the kids menu – a hot dog & the “fall off the bone” ribs (a delicious, large portion for kids – they did truly fall off the bone – my son pulled out the bones & ate the meat with a fork !) I had the 6oz sirloin, med-rare, which was also tender, delicious, & perfectly cooked. Definitely give them a try.

Stayed at the Towne Place Suites on the way south for the past 2 years and had dinner at Texas Roadhouse both years. Had excellent service. The entire crew is pleasant and hardworking. Kaitlyn was our waitress and she couldn’t have been sweeter or more efficient and attentive. Also spoke with the manager who was equally attentive and appreciative for our feedback. Thanks for a great meal and experience.

First time eating at Texas Roadhouse. Went there for my husband birthday he wanted to check them out… for his birthday they told me they would come out and sing for him with a browny cake , but I was kinda disappointed at the end when they did not fall through. Not sure if they forgot, or just lied about it.. Anyways it was still a great experience my waiter Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. on the menu and specials that night. Everyone thanked us for coming while we were leaving which was nice. Food was good worth trying.

We had such an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse in Lake City, all thanks to our waitress, Jaslin! She was absolutely incredible — fast, sweet, friendly, funny, and so personable. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of.
Jaslin didn’t just meet our needs, she exceeded them. Our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly, and she checked on us often without ever being overbearing. Her positive attitude and sense of humor truly made our meal even more enjoyable.
If you’re dining at this location, ask for Jaslin — she’s the kind of server that turns a good meal into a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This was one of the most poorly managed dining experiences I’ve had.
We called at 5:30 PM to get on the waitlist for a party of 11, specifically for a 6:30 PM seating. We arrived early at 6:10 PM to make things easier, assuming the staff would begin preparing our table while the restaurant was only moderately busy.
Instead, we were completely ignored for 35 minutes with no updates whatsoever. At 6:45 PM, we were finally seated—but split into two separate booths, which defeats the entire point of making a reservation for a large group.
When we questioned this, the manager responded condescendingly and told us it would be another 45-minute wait if we wanted to actually sit together as requested. No apology. No accountability. No attempt to fix the situation. Not even a basic courtesy for the wasted time.
Texas Roadhouse clearly has no respect for customers’ time, and management appears more interested in deflecting responsibility than providing service. If you’re dining with a large group, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that knows how to communicate and treat guests properly.
