Our server was prompt and friendly. The chicken fried chicken was HUGE and delicious. I took half of it to go for lunch the next day. The Caesar salad had a little too much dressing for my liking but it was still tasty. It was a busy weekend night and we didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a table for 2. Lots of staff working!

Food was decent, but, arrived without everything because they ran out. Bar beverage wasn’t desirable. Bartender seemed overwhelmed and not attentive. I had to repeatedly ask for things. Floors were wet or greasy making it hard to get traction to slowly walk. Cleanliness was okay with room for improvement. Only one dispenser in the restroom had soap.

Came for dinner and to get some work done. Service was faster than expected for as busy as it was. Food was out quick, ordered a 16oz cowboy cut sirloin medium. Cooked to order. More tender than usual. That and some steamed broccoli for about $25? Better value than I’m used to lately.

This is my second time coming here and the service is still not good got seated immediately but waited a good while for our drinks and our salad. Then even longer for our food to the point we decided to get it to go and then not at all. The server also had an attitude after my wife explain to her we didn’t want the food anymore. People who were seated after us received their food while we were still waiting on ours as well. I do not recommend them at all.

My birthday dinner was a let down, sadly. My steak and my husbands steak came out well done when we ordered medium rare. The “warm brownie” I wanted came out ice cold and I was told that they were out of the ice cream that was supposed to go with it. The staff was very kind but our server never brought us a refill.

I had a very disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse. The food was served completely cold, and after waiting forever for it to come out, that was extremely frustrating. No one wants to wait that long just to receive cold food.
The manager, Avery, was absolutely horrible to deal with. Instead of trying to fix the situation or show any concern, there was no accountability or effort to make things right. Customer service clearly was not a priority.
Our server, Zo, was also terrible. She showed no professionalism, wasn’t friendly, and acted like she didn’t know how to properly handle basic service responsibilities. Being polite and attentive is the bare minimum in a restaurant, and unfortunately that was completely missing.
The bathroom are so dirty and I’m sure they haven’t been cleaned in a week
Overall, the experience was awful from start to finish cold food, long wait times, and terrible customer service. I definitely won’t be returning. And MAKE SURE ZO IS NOT YOU SERVER

This is our go to date night place for a very good reason!! The host went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t have to wait for a normal table just because I was in a wheelchair!! Our waitress Zoe was absolutely amazing tonight she was just very genuine and down to earth and made sure she provided top notch service!! If you see this Zoe thank you for your incredible hardwork it doesn’t go unnoticed! To Texas Roadhouse in general it’s amazing as always! I would give 10 stars all around thank you for always providing top notch service!

Usually a 30-60 minute wait to get a table, waiters are really polite and give wonderful service, food takes along time to arrive, but it is worth the wait absolutely delicious one of our favorite places

We were a party of 8 and were squished in a booth that fits 6 but extended a small table which is in last picture which ends up right next to the table of other ppl which got smooched by us in a way. We ordered and waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive and unfortunately all that time to wait for our food to arrive cold. The waitress took them back and apologized, but a manager never came like they usually do when something has to get recorded or whatever. We had to wait 30 minutes to get our food, which by now we were ready to leave. They forgot my daughter’s corn, which ended up as to go. This was a horrible experience, and it was our first time here, too. Will not be coming back cause this was just a bad experience all around except our waitress who was so sweet and understanding.

New to the area, Texas Roadhouse is our go-to but sadly this one disappoints. Our first time was the worst experience we’ve had. Waited for our food forever(without rolls bc they didn’t have any ready), our salads came out last, our steaks were way over cooked. And everything was cold! Cold and overcooked? Then the checkout kiosk wasn’t working and when our server was helping us swiped our card and said “oops…I did a 20% tip”. We let the manager know and they were apologetic. We tried two more times bc we usually LOVE Texas Roadhouse but something is wrong with this one. I ordered a sweet potato and the server said they were out. The table right next to us ordered a baked potato and they were told they were out o those two. In the end they Those are the two most popular sides…Costco is just down the street. I’m just very sad bc this is my favorite place but this one just hasn’t gotten it right 🙁
