The music was very loud. Other than that it was an epic experience. Everybody their understood of the meaning of the word hustle. The shift manager was on the floor. Nobody was wanting for anyting. As for the steak I have to say that was probably the best restaurant steak I’ve had since covid. I don’t mind paying a little extra for a steak that’s large and properly prepared. Look at the size of that thing!!

I don’t know how to do a 0 starts review,. This place use to be a good place to go. We order 3 x 16 oz Rib Eye and they bring ribs and sirloin. And the excuse is that probably was a confusion between Ribeyes and Ribs and what about the Sirloins. And this excuse coming from a manager. I do not have access to take a picture to those cold sirloins, temperature and appearance, just disgusting , yes they bring some left over from the kitchen for our table and they did not even take 2 sec to put in the microwave oven, of course is sarcasm, I don’t know what they were thinking. One good example is the macaroni and cheese for the kid, check the picture. Just imagine what we got for sirloin. I’m business owner too and the biggest effort i do for my customer is the experience, they have too much to learn.

We didn’t have to wait very long for a seat, and we were attended to promptly. Fresh rolls with butter and drinks were on the table within minutes. Our waitress, Miya, was friendly and efficient. The rattlesnake bites and the ribeye were delicious. However, the salad was fresh but a bit bland. We would definitely eat here again when in town.

Every time I’ve gone into Texas Roadhouse to eat as well as pick it up the food was incredible and mistake free. I’m almost certain that if we had a food error it would be taken care of swiftly. The service was excellent as well as the food being wonderful on the 1st time out. I recommend this restaurant to anyone and anyone looking for a place to go. The prices are wonderful and the amount of food you get with ur meals is amazing. So 2 thumbs up but if I had more it would be more.

Dalton was a splendid waiter, quick to replace refills on drinks and bringing out our food. Food was alright, we’ve been to this Roadhouse several times. Steak was bland and un-seasoned. Cook to our liking, though.

The food was good. They were out of what I wanted . The sweet tea, seems they forgot the sweet part. The waitress was great and a lot of fun. She had a great sense of humor. I wish I could remember her name. It was a fun experience.

I went on a Friday night and had to wait about 30 minutes. I will say the table I got sat at was dirty and the people who got sat across from, their table was also dirty. Beside from that the food was delicious. I would 100% go back.

My husband and I were visiting Gainesville and decided to place an order here for pick up. I called in the order. The person took the order and repeated it twice to be sure she had it correct. After about a 30-minute wait, the order was ready. The food was still warm when we got back to the hotel. Everything was good.
