We are from Michigan and have been to all 50 states and several Texas Road Houses. This is the best one yet. It was very clean and the server was so much fun. The servers danced to a Texas RoadHouse song which I never knew existed. The food was excellent. Highly recommend this one

This location used to be pretty great, but it is quickly declining. Any time I dine in, food is either wrong, I’m missing things and it’s hard to catch your waitress/waiter. Asking for regular butter over the cinnamon butter is like pulling teeth. Curbside service is absolutely horrid. I’ve done it three times now, each being an issue. I live 45 minutes away so I don’t expect my food to be piping hot by the time I get it home. However, I’m always ordering/subbing BUTTER not the cinnamon butter. They give me cinnamon every time and only if I call and make sure they seen the substitute do I receive the butter. But it’s only 2 SMALL containers while they provide an entire tub of cinnamon butter. Tonight, same issue. Except my order was fried pickles with ranch dipping sauce, ordered a filet with cheese fries. I had absolutely no ranch, not even the Cajun dipping sauce that is standard with the pickles. And as shown in my photo, my cheese fries were not only absolutely over cooked but they felt/looked like they’d been sitting for about 3 hours. My order was to be ready at 7:30 and I didn’t receive until 7:45. Which would be fine, if my food wasn’t so bad. This is probably the worst service yet to date. I think I’ll choose Macon location from here on out. Hopefully they can pull this location back together. My family loves it.

Well we used the T R app to place an order at 8:43am for a 11:45am curbside pickup. When we arrived we followed the curbside pickup instructions & gave them our parking spot location at T R. Unfortunately our order wasn’t ready yet, said we’d receive a text when food was ready. So we waited until 12:00 noon when finally someone came out with two customers orders never received any text letting us know. Of course the order wasn’t exactly what we’d ordered. We ordered the family sized BBQ Chicken family pack. We received the (4) BBQ Chicken pieces that were good, and the house salad with their honey mustard dressing ( best part of the family sized meal), we ordered 2 sides (1) green bean & (1) mashed potatoes with gravy. We received (2) mashed potatoes 1/2 full with some gelled gravy, rolls and butter. Again the BBQ Chicken was good the house salad with honey mustard made up for things that we had to toss. I’m pretty sure we’re not going to be using the T R app again. Every time we’ve eaten inside at this location the food was always good. They have the best Grilled Pork chops, loaded potatoes, salads, rolls, and sodas. We also really like the hamburger’s, fries. Yes, we’ll definitely go back but only for inside dining.

Got the sirloin family meal and I must say it was the saddest meal we have seen not our first time ordering this but it will be the last from this location. The green beans was enough for my 4 yr old I added extra dressing for the salad but of course we didn’t get it there was enough salad to feed to people a regular size side salad let alone four people. The fries were so old. Oh and got a bag of rolls which is the best part but only one small helping of the butter. my husband ordered a barbecue chicken plate and that has got to be the smallest barbecue chicken I have ever seen in my life. The mac & cheese has zero flavor and he got a baked potato and they didn’t even have his toppings to it. he wants to say we spent $76 and I am beyond disappointed. And please don’t let the picture of the salad for you. It’s really not a lot. Not to mention we drive 40 minutes away just to get this.

I had to delete my good review from a year ago and update it because they tried me. The kids meal I had with my order was terrible and a disappointment coming from this location. These weren’t chicken strips and my kids didn’t want it. What a waste of money. 1/26/2026 9:45PM

My family and I ordered take out on 12/3. 3 out of 4 steaks were supposed to be well done but it seemed as if the chef didn’t care and made everybody’s the same. I called about my order not knowing my mother’s order was wrong. Called back to inform the manager that majority of my order steaks weren’t done. He told me to put them in the oven. If I wanted to cook my own steak, I would’ve. The mashed potatoes were chunky, clumpy, and lumpy. I tried emailing the store, but never got a response. I sent pictures of the receipts(3 different orders), the kitchen receipt that clearly states WELL DONE, and the picture of the steaks that were clearly not well done. I emailed them and till this day I haven’t gotten a response. Yes, one order was rectified but the others were not. I won’t be visiting this place any time soon! I’ve attached the pictures of the steaks but I won’t add the receipts only because it has personal info on them. My family spent over $300 for our order to be incorrect and to be treated like those steaks were…. TRASH!!! Finding them one stars is too much credit!

It’s usually really busy, but they get you in pretty quickly. The entrees are great (steak, salmon, ribs, chicken), but the veggies need work. The bread is always a win.
