We went for the first time last weekend on a busy Saturday night. I checked in online and the wait was 1 hr 20 min. When we arrived we were seated immediately. The bone-in ribeye was nothing short of delicious and I’m not a steak person. I would not hesitate to order it again. The picture is taken at an angle after I had a few bites. The music started at loud and increased to barely bearable over stimulation at some point. It’s a very lively restaurant to say the least. Although they ~recently moved to this building, they could probably use more space as several parties were waiting to be seated although it’s possible that the date and time is as busy as it gets.

My favorites are the buttery rolls and the bloomin onion! My fillet and shrimp were delish as well. I’m very picky when it comes to steak and it was perfect. Our waitress was also amazing and was on top of it the entire time we were there. Overall experience was fantastic and that’s hard to come by nowadays. We’ll definitely be back!

Service and staff was absolutely amazing. They were so so nice. However the food was not as good as it usually is. Got a side salad with my meal and it had a hair in it, the manager was quick to bring out another which was very nice. But then when our steaks came out both were well done instead of medium well. Mine was also very very bland when it came to taste, even with steak sauce. I also got grilled shrimp as well which is always so good! But it was way too over seasoned. Very disappointed in the food, but staff was sweet.

Ast three couples we eat out once a week and Texas Roadhouse is defiantly on our rotation. We have always had great service and never a problem with our orders, other than we fill up on those wonderful rolls and cinnamon butter and can’t finish our meals,LOL.
We have 3 service dogs, PTSD for veterans, and the staff is very accommodating in our seating needs.
Also a Veteran friendly place that give ua a same discount for our service.

Went for Valentines Day with group of 16 people. Server did awesome without one mix up. Food was hot and really good. Rolls were amazing (like better than most Texas Roadhouse rolls).Im not a big fan of the dancing and music blaring but whatever. Clean and nice.

I recently went to TRH for the first time in year in Manhattan, KS while visiting family and it was an all around wonderful experience. So I was excited to join family celebrate my nephews birthday this evening at the Cartersville TRH, expecting the same type of experience. Unfortunately our server was not friendly, never smiled once. While our food was delivered in a timely manner and correct, the food was mediocre at best. My steak was not tender and had too much gristle and not a lot of flavor. I did enjoy the atmosphere, seeing so many families out and hearing the laughter. I pray they were just having an off night.

Service so good it will make you almost forget a crushing loss at disc golf. Practically the entire staff could sense my lowered spirits and came by the table to share positive energy. I’ll be back victorious with trophies I’ll share with this incredible staff unlike my opponents. They treat our treasured sport as a meal ticket instead of a sacred gentlemen’s game, miss the days when trophies meant more. 5 stars

Staffs are kind and atmosphere is also good.
But streak was not really good.
I ordered medium rare but it was medium so too tough.
I asked them to see it and change it.
They changed it but when I have new one after 20min, it was again medium..
I don’t know what the problem is.
