Since I’m on the road across the country, when I’m craving steak, Texas Roadhouse will never let you down. Almost all the restaurants are the same with the same quality.
I always sit at the bar since I’m typically alone. It’s always nice talking to actual people. Like a truck driver and a country song I’m sure that’s out there somewhere, the road can be a lonely place.
You can always count on a perfectly cooked steak. The sides are always the same choice so no surprises. Out of all the chain steakhouses, Texas Roadhouse is the most consistent. I won’t mention the other one that starts with the letter ” O”. 😉
They’ve gone downhill and refuse to spend my money there.
The staff is always friendly and the restrooms are clean. Of the restrooms are clean you can bet the kitchen is clean too.
If I’m ever in this area again, I’ll be back.

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Texas Roadhouse in Spartanburg! Tonight I put an online order for the children’s steak meal as a last meal for my dog Bella. She is 14+ years old and her back legs gave out on her and we will be unfortunately sending her to the big dog park in the sky tomorrow. I wrote in the special instructions that it was her last meal. Not only did the sweet ladies at the to-go window apologize; roadhouse gave me extra rolls and butter, ice cream, and 2 free appetizer cards. They wrote a cute little note on my ice cream cup. I appreciate y’all. THANK YOU!

Absolutely horrible. My wife and I both ordered 8 oz sirloins medium-well and grilled shrimp. Came out barely medium so sent them back. Came back out 15 minutes later same steak still medium and same shrimp and baked potatoes. Sent back again. Came out 3rd time with fresh shrimp and potatoes but ribeyes and not sirloin. 2 different managers brought the plates back out which makes it even worse. You waste a hour and a half of our time. If your cooks can’t cook to temp don’t offer it. Server came by at the end and said we took all that off for you. My wife said there wasn’t anything to take off because we didn’t get anything and server said well you had teas. Like really? I’m suppose to appreciate taking a couple teas off the bill because your cooks can’t cook a steak? We will never be back again. I would recommend fast good before here.

Love the place, but just had a terrible take out experience. Ordered a medium cooked filet, but got rare. I understand no one can perfectly control the temperature but medium to rare is not even close. How could such mistake happen, and since this is a to go order I can’t even get it fixed.

I just left Texas roadhouse and it was absolutely amazing. Zoey, the bartender was incredible. Matt came over and greeted me and she also was incredible. All of the waitresses servers and hostesses got slammed tonight, but they did an incredible job. Kudos to the employees for being such good sports about the busyness. And thank you, Zoe, for helping me celebrate my award.

If there’s any way you can get Kristin as your server DO IT!! She was more than on top of it!! She was by far the best server we have EVER had literally ANYWHERE!! We didn’t have to ask for ANYTHING!!!! She brought us boxes and lids for all of our little cups and everything. We were in and out in less time than we waited to get seated at our table!! She was the absolute BEST!!!

The service was good. The food wasn’t… They should name their mac and cheese just Mac. It tasted like I was just eating noodles, my loaded baked potato had more cheese. My steak was eh. They didn’t have anymore butter for our second round of rolls.
It also said the max wait was 90 minutes, but we ended up waiting 110 minutes. The atmosphere is loud and rowdy, but that is to be expected.

First time at the Spartanburg TRH it was definitely a treat really it’s a family favorite… food was good and the rolls was hot and the butter was delicious as usual! The waitress was amazing, she delivered excellent service!

First, I want to brag on jordan. She did an amazing job. We didn’t have to ask for any refills and we had everything we needed. I had the 8oz salmon with rice and it was really good. My mom had the ribeye steak and ribs. She said it was good. Overall, I know everybody has different experiences here. Ours was great. So i recommend yall give it a try.
