Some friends and I visited on 3/1 (table 216). We received the worst service ever. We were a party of 6, so it’s understandable that we may have a bit of wait to be seated. Once we were seated, a young lady by the name of Taylor refused to wait on our table. Apparently she had an issue with a family member that was at the table. She allowed outside issues to stop her from doing her duties. She went missing and we had to wait on another server, that ended up being one of the managers. Because of that, our wait at the table was extended. It took at least 20 min to even get drink orders placed. Once we were able to get food, one steak order had hair in it and had to be sent back. There was a to-go order placed for a NY strip with loaded baked potato, but all I got was a baked potato (not loaded). Horrible experience.

The food was great! It was a bit too salty for my mother but she enjoyed the experience regardless. Our server Star was awesome.
The only area we had an issue was when we just got there, the hostesses didn’t ask if it was our first time or anything so we stood there and then moved further in not realizing wherever we stood was an Indication of which color section we would want to sit. So when the host went ahead to serve the group that came after us we were a bit confused and her reaction to us seemed like annoyance. We simply didn’t know.
Apart from that, the ambiance was great. The place was clean and the wait time wasn’t even a wait. Things went smoothly. Would definitely go again.

I recently visited Texas Roadhouse and had a very disappointing experience. We were told the wait would be about an hour, but it ended up being nearly an hour and 50 minutes, with inconsistent explanations each time we checked on our table. A manager eventually seated us due to the extended delay.
Unfortunately, I was then served a raw burger. When I requested a manager, one came about 25 minutes later with no apology and simply asked if I wanted a new one or to remove it from the bill. After asking for it to be removed, he took the plate and walked away without further communication.
Overall, this was the worst dining experience I’ve had there, and I hope customer service improves moving forward.

In town for an even for our daughter and decided to grab Texas Roadhouse for takeout. I checked to see if they had everything in the bag but this tray was on the bottom. Saw the burger but never thought to check for my fries…… no I did not eat any of the fries!!!!! Texas Roadhouse on Top Notch Rd….yall got to better! I know yall busy but damn!!!!!

Did the text ahead and got the alert to come in only to wait another 20mins to be seated. When we got seated there was no bread available – this is a basic thing roadhouse offers and continues to miss the mark on. Service was poor as well as attitude of staff. It use to be so wonderful coming here in the past.

Stephanie the night manager is not professional at all. She wouldn’t come to our table due to a small complaint about a Sangria drink that was clearly fixed incorrectly. Her shift floors are always dirty with food. We will be contacting Corporate ASAP! I

Too noisy for me hence the 1 star. The service and food were very good. Medium Rare is the best! The salmon was very flavorful but a little undercooked as we like it very firm so well done is best. Our server was OUTSTANDING.

First time here, and it was. AMAZING!!!! Haha. My waitress, Kris( awesome lady), has a warm and inviting demeanor. She even provided an alternative to the primary one, which wasn’t available until 4pm. The Ribeye was so good. Just look at the picture.

I do realize that this is going to be inflamatory, but I was discriminated at this restaurant and yes I am white. Yes the restaurant was packed! I walked up and asked for a table for 1 and was just stared at, so I asked if I there was bar seating. The black hostess just pointed at the bar. When there was no seating I went back and asked about how long it would be for a table for 1 and was told to go stand in the corner ( didn’t take name or number ). The next 2 people who came in were also white and they were instructed to just stand along the wall ( again didn’t take a name or number )
The next couple were black and when the inquired about a table they were seated immediately ( no they didn’t give a name so they didn’t have a reservation ), the next couple were also black and they took their name and number and told them 5 minutes? Why would they tell the white people to stand against the wall ( in no certain order ) yet take the name and number of the black people?
Someone left the bar so I was able to get a seat. As always the rolls were excellent as was the salad. I also go tater skins which were excellent. However my medium rare steak was rare ( I don’t mind this though ), but it was tough as shoe leather. Overall I did get full and the price was reasonable.
Before you start hating on me most of the people standing along the wall and seater outside were either white or hispanic.
This was 2-16-2026 and I left the restaurant at +/- 8:00 pm.
