Been to Texas Roadhouse before and always had a great experience. First time to this particular franchise and it was amazing even with how crowded it was on a Sunday evening. Our server Savana was on point, friendly and always checked up on us. Rare to get a good server nowadays! Would highly recommend coming here!

This is not the first time we have been to this establishment, this is our second. Our first time we announced my pregnancy to my in-laws over lunch and that was not the best either, but this was far worse. We decided to go here for my birthday dinner. We walked in and the staff at the front desk/hostess counter were the nicest and most helpful. However, after we seated that is when things went wrong. Our server took our drink/appetizer order, then went and sat down at this table in the back, where another employee was picking/touching her nose and touching the clean silverware to roll them up in the napkins. She sat there talking for quite a while before coming to take our order and when she came back she still had not brought my husband his drink and another server had to bring our appetizer out because she had forgotten that as well. She kept disappearing the whole evening and we had to ask other servers for things since she was no where to be found. However, she did bring the things we asked another server for once. Our food was no longer hot and fresh, it was room temp/warm by the time she brought it out. We got 1 basket of bread, she never brought out more even though we asked for it. We were in and out in about an hour, so a speedy establishment overall, mostly because we rushed quite a bit to eat and leave due to the discomfort and frustration. Overall, but not a pleasant experience. Wish I had more positive to say as TXRH was one of my favorite restaurants to go to before we moved.

The service was wonderful & pleasant. The cooks in the back need to be replaced. First you forgot the shrimp, then you under cook the steak. Once sent back for more cooking it took 27 mins. The remainder of the food was cold by then. BUT!!! A super manager came to the rescue. She made everything so.much better. NO it was not a free meal but just her personality and empathy made a big difference. Yes, I would recommend

The food was pretty good, overall. It’s a chain restaurant, so you can pretty much expect what you’re paying for. The steaks were cooked just the way I asked, and the appetizers were tasty, though they were a bit small.
Now, the rolls – they’re exactly what you’ve seen on social media. They’re just rolls, but they’re the best rolls you’ll ever have because of the butter that comes with them.

16 oz. New York Strip was great! Cooked medium rare to perfection. Get the fried dill pickles. That was another plus. My guests grilled steaks and shrimp were also very good. Best steak I have had in a while. Prices were surprisingly reasonable too! I highly recommend!
