Ordered the family meal deal of chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, buttered corn, a house salad, and rolls. It was supposed to come with ranch, honey mustard, and barbecue sauce. The chicken tenders were rubbery and soggy. The mashed potatoes had no flavor. The corn and rolls were sadly the best things. Also the proportions looked nothing like the pictures. I have a family of three and the sides were barely enough for us. Also not enough ranch. This wasn’t worth the money to me personally. Wouldn’t recommend or purchase again.

Went here for my son’s birthday and had a great time. Food was fresh and delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly! Nice place, great atmosphere. Our service wasn’t that great, have to ask couple for same things, maybe she was just tiered by the end of the day. However we had great time here.

Boy do I love Texas Roadhouse, but not every one is the same. This place was phenomenal though! We had Emme as our server in the back corner of the restaurant. Pretty quiet, we had a table next to us badmouthing and using profanity and we had kids at our table, but it is America, so I can’t blame or get upset. It was Tip a Cop day when we went, so the kids got to enjoy seeing the cops in there uniforms and enjoy taking a look at the squad cars! We had several cops greet us and help refill drinks and such! What a great experience for a random Thursday for us! We had great food, enjoyed the experience and our server Emme was amazing! Had great food, great service and fast refills / extras! Will definitely be coming back to this location when in the mood for yalls amazing rolls!

We seem to have the worst luck with this location. Kitchen seems to not be able to get timing down, orders correct or manager who cares at all! Been here quite a few times and never fails, something happens. Appetizers come out after entrees or at the same time or some similar issue. This time son’s food come out after everyone’s over half done eating or was getting cold waiting. Then waitress who was trying her best said the manager was coming and was going to do something about it. His order finally showed and was missing items. Finally got all his after three trips by kitchen. Still waiting on manager after ticket arrived asked if the manager was still coming by and was told yes. Waited another 15-20 minutes and gave up. Waitress seen us leaving and asked if she had been by told her Nope not surprised nothing new with this location and Manager just proved again! Looking at reviews for this location and looks to be a lot of the same complaints

The service is really going downhill and the managers do not care. We waited almost 2 hrs for drinks Saturday night and on Sunday our waitress honestly wasn’t bad at all. We only had a party of 3. We waited over an hour for our food. Our waitress was terrible. We kept having to ask for our drinks to be refilled and kept asking about our food. She would just bring rolls instead. We finally found a manager and she didnt really seem to care either that we had been waiting so long. The people next to us had come in after and already got an appetizer drinks and their food and ours still wasnt out. Manager come back maybe 10 minutes later saying it would be out soon. We were over it at that point and just paid for our drinks and our appetizer. We have been very loyal customers and spend a good bit here at a time as we have a big family. This place needs to get it together so they dont start loosing those loyal customers.

Sat in the bar area and service was fast. Before I could start to eat a roll my salad came and barely git started on that when entrees came. Had a party of 3. I’ve never seen food come to the table so fast especially in a very busy establishment. I’m beyond impressed. I came on a Sunday around 4:30 p.m. waitress (I think Jocelyn??) Was absolutely fabulous and extremely attentive

Last Friday, January 2, 2026, my family and friends decided to have dinner together at Texas Roadhouse, and it turned into such a memorable night. From the moment we walked in, the warm and lively atmosphere set the tone for a fun evening.
Our server, Elsey, was phenomenal. She greeted us with a big smile and made sure everyone at our table felt special. Throughout the night, she was incredibly attentive—bringing refills without us asking, checking in on our meals, and making sure the kids had everything they needed. Her energy and care made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
The food was exactly what we hoped for. Those fresh, warm rolls were devoured instantly, and every plate came out hot and perfectly cooked. Between sharing laughs, enjoying the delicious meals, and feeling so well taken care of, it was the perfect night out with our loved ones.
Thanks to Elsey and the team at Texas Roadhouse, we left full, happy, and already talking about our next visit! If you get the chance to dine here, I highly recommend asking for Elsey—she’ll make your evening unforgettable.

Went to this location for a date night with my wife. The atmosphere is really terrible. It’s so loud in there that you can’t enjoy a nice dinner out. Now the food. For the prices, you would think the food would be top notch, but not even close. We got a colossal onion for an appetizer and the onion they used was spoiled. Tasted rotten, disgusting and sent back. Wife got the 12oz. ribeye. Was very tough and chewy and quite a bit of gristle. I got beef tips over mashed potatoes and my beef tips were tough as well. We didn’t complain about the steak or beef tips since we had already sent the onion back. We’ve been there multiple times and has always been a hit and miss, but this was the biggest miss yet overall. For the money we spent we really felt rushed to get in and get out because of how busy they were and although our server Justin was really great, all servers were running around so fast that you felt unattended to. Probably the last time coming here.

I love this Texas Roadhouse location! I don’t think I have ever had to wait in line here more than ten minutes, even when they seem very busy. Seating was quick and our server was very polite. I love the atmosphere at this location, nice music and the line dancing is fun entertainment while dining. The food here I feel like is the best bang for your buck for a steakhouse. Everything comes out cooked and seasoned wonderfully, not to mention for a fair price. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. If you’ve been to Texas Roadhouse before then you know the experience, but something about this location in particular shines through time and time again!

I am so frustrated with Texas Roadhouse, this is one of my favorite places to eat and tonight it was absolutely terrible. Started off getting lukewarm rolls with no cinnamon butter. Me and three others all ordered the 16oz ribeye steak but with different sides. My steak comes out a New York strip and on top of that it was raw! My friends steak came out raw as well so we send it back to the kitchen. He got more cook on his and I needed a completely new steak. His steak came out so burnt it was inedible and mine came out an additional 15 minutes after his and mine was burnt on the outside and ice cold and raw on the inside. All though the discount and free peanuts were nice I think that maybe better service and awareness would be better. On the way out of the building I threw up and I have been sick since. I am so disappointed.
