Simple order but they still managed to mess it up.
Ordered loaded mashed potatoes, loaded baked potatoes, 2 BOWLS of chili, and 2 brownies to go. Put in order about 5:15 for 6pm pick up.
Order not ready when arrived. Called me 20 min later to tell me that only have one brownie, would I like something else. Cheesecake with strawberry topping will be fine.
When I went to pick up window to get my order was told there were NO brownies would I like something else. Asked what happened to the one they had for me 10 minutes before.
Ended up talking to manager who insulted my intelligence by telling me that they make them as they are ordered. Finally took another cheesecake.
Got home. Mashed potatoes, not loaded, baked potato, not loaded, 2 cups of soup without toppings and crackers, and only one cheesecake instead of two.
So much for an easy dinner!

Very disappointing experience. We arrived when they opened and we were immediately placed on a waiting list. We sat at the bar because the waiting area was packed. Not long afterwards, a text notified us to immediately proceed to the Hostess station. We get there only to be instructed to line up in a staging area along the wall and wait another 5-10 minutes. All of us along this wall looked at each other puzzled with this procedure. The chili arrived lukewarm and served with a PLASTIC spoon! Who serves food in a steakhouse with PLASTIC utensils while dining in??? The 11oz Sirloin I ordered was supposed to be Medium, it arrived Medium Rare and the forks they provide are definitely not for eating steaks! They are best used for salads. Five stars for the fried onion and the half-slab ribs, they do fall off the bone! Overall, the best part of the meal was our Waiter. He was very attentive and worked hard making sure we had everything we needed. I’m glad we tried this place but, would we go back? Absolutely not, unless a major change happens here.

I had been here several times since opening. Today I noticed something different. The bread are uneven shapes and flat. Since when this happened?
I ordered the Smothered Chicken which was dry not even the gravy saved it. The corn was great as usual. The salad was way smaller and the ounce of steak also shrink. Seems like some items got smaller portions.
Service was good. Had to wait a bit for a side of blue cheese but it was good as usual.

Finally treated myself to something nice today and got the prime rib. I rarely go out to eat because my son is autistic so it’s difficult. Did pick up order and didn’t think I needed to taste dip because I put au ju. Got home it tastes off. Don’t know if it’s supposed to be separated like that. Can’t get him back in the car after the wait I already went through to get it. Asked for refund or discount my meal. Instead they offer rolls… Thanks Texas Road House will not be returning.

Though crowded usually for a Saturday evening, the service was still attentive, and excellent and the food was delicious, especially the ribeye steak that was cooked properly. Also enjoyed the “Footloose” dance routine from the servers. My only issue is that there’s no wifi available at this restaurant. Other then that, I enjoyed it here and will be back the next time I’m back in Elizabeth City. Thank you Texas Roadhouse EC.

First time at this location, with the exception of picking up rolls to go. We were there on a Sunday and surprisingly didn’t have to wait long for a table. Our server was very nice, but forgot to give us utensils. I had to find somebody to bring us some after we received our food. As always, the rolls were delicious. My salad was huge and very good. My husband’s chicken sandwich was pretty good. The fries were a bit underwhelming. I asked the server for peanuts instead of the other way around. The atmosphere is nice, but the music is too loud. I think most people would prefer to carry on a conversation without having to talk so loud to hear each other.

This Texas Roadhouse is so great! What a wonderful team of staff! I am visiting from Boston, I have been here three times since being here! A personal thank you to the staff and to the Manager Savannah for holding my license safe for me! I happened to stop in for a drink and figured I would ask, and luckily they had it. Nikki is such a delight if you’re looking for a fun server! If you’re here definitely try the Porch Rocker but with raspberry!! It’s like drinking a rose in a cup ↔️

We just had the worst time at Texas Roadhouse in Elizabeth City, NC. My husband’s salad showed up okay, but my three kids and I were left hanging for over an hour, and when our food finally came, it was all straight up cold. Like, not lukewarm, cold. My medium rare steak had no juices, one kid’s chicken and mac n cheese was nasty and cold, and the other’s burger and corn weren’t any better.
Then the manager Denice starts yelling at our server right there in front of us about it, which was so uncomfortable and out of line. We’ve seen her pull this on staff before, and on our way out she was tearing into another employee in the kitchen. She comped my steak, but we still paid for the rest of that junk just to bail. She’s an awful manager who needs to be fired ASAP—the way she treats people in front of customers is crazy, and I hate to think what happens when no one’s watching.
We tipped our server extra since it wasn’t their fault at all. Terrible wait, garbage food, horrible management… we’re never coming back. Corporate, do something.

Went to this recently opened Texas Roadhouse location for a family meal.
I was able to join their waitlist ahead of time which helped us get seated almost immediately upon our arrival.
Our server was very pleasant and professional. She was knowledgeable and remained attentive during our visit.
Our order arrived fairly quickly, and each item was correct and warm. Each food item was well-prepared and tasted very good.
Most of the group had never been to Texas Roadhouse before. I was glad for the great service, food, and experience we had at this location. Thank You TXRH !

We ate at this TR on a Friday for lunch, and we enjoyed ourselves. Haven was our server, and she was great. I loved her fun spirit. We had delicious burgers, potatoes, drank beer, and a margarita. No complaints, we will come back again.
