This place was very packed, and I know why. The staff was very energetic and stayed on task with fast service . they seem to have a very good management team here. food was good although we just did starter food but we will definitely be coming back.

Ribeye, fillets and ribs were perfect, barbecue sauce can be less salty. My negative is for the rice, if you can substitute that, do it! It’s my second visit and clearly rice is very bad. Other than that food has been good.

The service was great but the quality of the food was extremely questionable. Myself and my partner requested broccoli as sides for dinner last night, we got in around 7:45-8pm. He had reservations about his portion while we were at the restaurant based off of its overall appearance but I assumed he was just being dramatic. Once we were ready to leave, I boxed my side of broccoli and chicken tenders up to go and saved it for lunch today— to my surprise as I’m getting ready to take a bite out of the broccoli I look and see a worm! Absolutely disgusting and will never return. I called and spoke to a Felicia who ironically is unable to allocate the receipt for our dining experience yesterday and says there’s nothing she can do to rectify the fact that an insect made its way onto our dinner table although we have card activity that confirms we were there. 1000% will not be retuning and will be sure to update the health department accordingly.

The service and atmosphere were exactly what we expect from a Texas Roadhouse. Even their staging system worked well. We were slightly disappointed in our steaks but overall, a really good meal.

Definitely not worth the order. I placed this order and this is how I received my meal. Now the issue is not fully the portion size even though they’re quite pathetic, but the attitude I received when asking about it. They also left out items I requested when I placed the order and took their time to get them when I went back in. They didn’t want to get the manager so honestly I will never buy from this location again.

Every time I’ve dined here it’s been a great experience. Most of the staff I’ve encountered are fantastic. There was one who, in fact, did NOT “love her job” as her T-shirt indicated. But the food has always been delicious and once when I had an issue with my food, there wasn’t an issue with getting it corrected. Highly recommend!

When I got to Roadhouse I sent the text back of the number of the spot where I was setting and I was waiting for my food. Every car that pulled up after me got their food and left. I got there at 5:32 p.m. and I said in my car till 6:21 p.m.. I called inside and they said they would send someone out to talk to me no one came out. So I went in and got my food and my food was sitting on the shelf already ready and nobody was going to bring it to me. The Young white man that was bringing out the orders was that another customer’s car might try to get his attention I got out of my car and stood up and was waving for him he looked at me like he didn’t see me and went back in the building ignoring me then when I came inside he act like he didn’t see me. One of the nice young ladies back there hand me my food that was already ready. I will not be recommending this place to anybody that I know not if they’re going to get it to go I will tell them to go somewhere else where you can actually get some service. And I don’t feel like I should have to pay a tip when I came inside and got my own food . I paid to be ignored I can pay myself to ignore myself. I asked for my steak to be cooked well done and it was pink and bloody and now I have to take it home and finish cooking it before I could eat it.
