Every experience we have here is a little overwhelming. There is lots of constant movement of people throughout the restaurant. They do move things along and we didn’t wait long for a table or our food. The food was made correctly and tasted great. Service was ok but not spectacular. The value for quality received is good.

Great service while it was super busy. Ordered steak and shrimp, baked sweet potato and fries. Food was tasty but steak was overcooked to medium-well when I ordered for a hot-red center. It was pink in the center but still was tasty and not too dry. Shrimp were well seasoned and had a nice butter saaaaauce! The waitress was on the money! Not too attentive but kept us checked on and drinks full. Left a 20%+ tip…the steak wasn’t her fault!

We just had the best dining experience here at Texas Roadhouse- Burlington. The check-in/hosts were sweet girls with smiling faces. Our server was Josh, & let me just say I knew I was leaving him a good tip the moment he took our order. He really went above & beyond for my family! Top tier customer service here. Food was amazing also.

Great evening spent here! Super food and our waitress Courtney made the time here very special. Taking off two star because 1. unfortunately the queue system was not being followed by the hosts and we were cut in front off twice- good system just not properly followed. 2. Also make sure your napkins and small plates are clean before giving them to the patrons. But besides that – great food and nice place!

Went here on Valentine’s Day with my wife and 7yo son. Had an excellent time. Even with The crowd the staff was very efficient and had everyone lining up and staging them as tables became ready. We only waited about 15 to 20 minutes to get in. And with as busy as it was, the food was still awesome and the staff was very nice and pleasant. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks!!!!

It’s been a while since this occurred but I felt compelled to share my horrible experience. I was dining with my brother, dad, and husband. We all ordered our steaks and waited. I ordered Medium well. (Mind you we don’t go for steaks a lot this is a rare occasion). I received my steak and it was undercooked, red center. The staff didn’t know but I’m pregnant. So the red center was triggering my nausea. I usually don’t send food back but I was polite and sent it back. My family started eating and when I received my steak the 2nd time it was still undercooked. The young woman who brought it to me looked at me and said this is medium. I said I ordered medium well but at this point just make it well done. So she rolls her eyes and took it back. My family finished their food. Another woman brings my steak and I kid you not it was an overcooked hockey puck. (I honestly couldn’t believe she looked at that steak and thought it was acceptable to hand it to anyone). I felt so defeated and I didn’t want my family to wait for another steak. I ate that sad overcooked steak and I hate that my dad had to pay for that. I cried after I left the restaurant. I really didn’t appreciate how the people who brought my food treated me like I was being difficult when I have high anxiety and never send food back. Plus they never cooked it medium well like I wanted it was either medium or hockey puck. I haven’t been back to this location since and I never plan on coming again. I’ve never been treated like this at Outback or Longhorn and they will get my service now. The workers need to have some compassion for their customers you never know what someone is going through.

We had a wonderful waitress, her name was Adrianna, she gave us excellent service, she move along, kept taking good care of us while others as well. We spoke to the manager, she was so cordial, making everything was to our satisfactory. We thank her and told We had a wonderful dinner, we would be back. If you want a wonderful meal don’t miss out on good food and friendly workers. These people (workers) are a blessing to the Texas Roadhouse

I just wanna start by saying our waitress Calista (I may have misspelled her name) was amazing. We knew going in it was going to be busy. However lukewarm food and missing things aren’t at all what we expected. I got a sirloin with a loaded baked potato and Cesar salad. My partner got a ribeye with loaded Mac and cheese and a Cesar salad as well. Our salad had little flavor the dressing was watery. I didn’t receive a “loaded” baked potato. Just a lukewarm potato. My partner didn’t recieve “loaded” Mac and cheese either. Lukewarm plain noodles essentially because the cheese sauce was so watery it sank to bottom. After a couple mins our waitress came over and immediately noticed our missing “loaded” components and remedied the situation. I hope they know what a valuable employee they have. But we will not be returning.
