When we got there, there was a 45 minute wait for two people. I seen there were a couple of seats at the bar. We went and sat at the bar and ordered a sangria Margarita and a regular strawberry frozen margarita. The bartender was very nice girl, she was very busy but she made delicious drinks. However, the food came out within 2 minutes of us ordering it and it was our entrees. We ordered a 12-oz prime rib rare, I had barbecue chicken. When I have ate at Texas Roadhouse before no matter where the food has always been delicious. Nice big plump chicken breast grilled to perfection with barbecue sauce, not the case here. We had to take our plates back to the kitchen until our salads came. Within about 5 minutes or salads came out and then they brought us our food back. The prime rib was good and still rare but my chicken was very hard to chew and dry. I couldn’t even eat all of it. I was very disappointed. I get it was New Year’s Eve and they were busy but still the food sucked.

One of the best margaritas, i love ft worth ribeye, with some fat. If you don’t like fat, new york strip.
Mashed potatoes and corns , house salad is delicious.
If you dont eat pork, green beans and loaded potatoes is not for you.

Visiting from Philly and we were just looking for dinner for our last night here. The estimated wait time was 40-50 mins but we got called after only waiting 15mins so that was awesome. Our server Brooke greeted us with warm smiles. She was so friendly and accommodating. We ordered the strawberry cucumber fizz mocktail, so delicious and refreshing! I ordered the bone in ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and tasted absolutely amazing Perfect place to end our trip!

I’ll be honest—I used to always choose Outback over Texas Roadhouse. But my daughter and her girlfriend refuse to eat anywhere else, so last night I finally gave Texas Roadhouse in Christiansburg, real try; and I am so glad that I did!! We had the absolute coolest, most down‑to‑earth waitress I’ve ever met in my life. Her name was Michelle, and she didn’t just take our order—she sat down with us, vibed with us, talked to us like real people, and genuinely took care of us the entire time. It felt like having a friend at the table rather than just a server. On top of that, the Manager on Duty, Frannie, came by our table just to say thank you for coming in and ask about our experience! I’ve never had a manager at any restaurant make the effort to personally interact, be polite, and truly do their job by making guests feel welcome. That alone stood out in a big way. The atmosphere was upbeat instead of negative, the food was great, and the whole experience felt warm and genuine. I highly recommend the Texas Roadhouse in Christiansburg, Virginia if you want good food, great service, and a totally refreshing dining experience. I’ll definitely be choosing them more often now.

Only took minutes to be brought up for seating.
Prompt attention by our server who was very nice. She got our beverage and appetizer order.
No time before we received the appetizer and made our order.
Received our food in reasonable time. Considering the amount of people there I would have thought much longer.
All our meals were hot and delicious.
Refills given before asking which I like.
We dined while having good conversation and not wanting for anything.
I certainly recommend this restaurant for your dining pleasure.

The waitress was pretty good. For the first half of our time there she did a really good job of keeping our drinks topped off and making sure of getting us whatever she needed. But after a while she started to forget about us which is no big deal. The biggest problem we had was the food. 3 out of 4 of us ordered steak and none of them were cooked to the desired temp we wanted. And then afterwards me and my wife had experienced signs of food poisoning. My brother was worried about the same signs and symptoms as well. Probably won’t be returning to any Texas Roadhouse anymore. This is my 4th visit across 3 states in the last year and the results we experienced last night have been the same consistently. It is quite a shame. Roadhouse used to be amazing, but over the years they have been slacking terribly. I wish their company all the luck. I also forgot to mention that the waitress didn’t apply our coupon to the correct appetizer that we requested either.

My husband and I came here for lunch date. We sat at the bar. Our waitress was great. Very nice and attentive. The steak was cooked just like we wanted, and everything came out in a timely manner, hot and fresh. The sweet potato was very good. Sweet with a hint of cinnamon and sugar. Go see Hannah at the bar. You won’t be disappointed in service.
