This visit to Texas Roadhouse was unfortunately my first disappointing experience at one of their locations. The staff seemed disorganized, and while I was seated at the bar, the bartender appeared overwhelmed and clearly needed additional support. Throughout the meal, I had to repeatedly ask for items I needed, and there were multiple instances where the bartender disappeared, making the experience frustrating.
The food was not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Texas Roadhouse, and combined with the service issues, it left much to be desired. While the manager did greet me, they were quickly absent and did not seem to provide oversight or ensure the service ran smoothly. Overall, this location did not operate with the level of efficiency or professionalism I’ve experienced at other Roadhouse restaurants. Improvement in staff coordination and management presence would make a significant difference.

I went on a Friday night so there was a wait. Everytime I have been here I think there has been a wait. The food was good. My steak was cooked the way I like it. I could probably have made a meal out of the rolls they give you when you first sit down. Our waitress did a fine job. This place is located on top of the hill where 419 and 220 meet. I have to say that it’s loud in there. The music fit the theme, but I couldn’t hear the people at my table.

We visited as part of our “T” themed date. The staff was great and even though we waited for a table, it didn’t feel like long. This place was crowded by any standard, but it wasn’t human-humidity, and there was a steady rotation of guests. Our food was great! I’m a celiac so ordering food that’s safe was a big deal. I didn’t feel ill after so the kitchen did a great job of preparing my food without cross-contamination. As an additional plus, there was a separate restroom for families and with us having the baby with us, it was really nice having the space to change her privately!

There was a lot to celebrate, so we did the 100 yard drive down from the Hilton Garden Inn and we sure picked the right spot for dinner. We were seated immediately and our server was great. As I waited for my prime rib, it gave me a chance to enjoy the decorated walls of this place. Served yeast dinner rolls with honey cinnamon butter….oh my… ghandi before dinner arrived. My prime rib was served to perfection and the loaded potato was so good…a little too much salt on the skin…high blood pressure and all…but absolutely an awesome meal. Handy counter where you can pick out your own steak. Convenient at the booth terminal so we could pay directly. Our timing was excellent as we beat the thirty person line up outside and not an empty spot in the parking lot. There is no doubt why this Texas Roadhouse is so popular, and why the staff remind us that they love their job. Five star plus.

Texas Roadhouse is a great place, however there were some problems with quality control. In are apple sauce, there was a hair and piece of corn. They brought out a new bowl of applesauce without the hair, but still had the corn! It was NOT a new bowl they just took out the hair, then poured on some extra apple sauce and thought we wouldn’t notice. L waitress, because she was a lil rude to us and really did not give a crap. The food was great though. I will be coming back, although maybe to a different location.

Did take out as I work at the hospital. I called and asked if they were able to cut my steak up as I would not have access to a knife to cut it. They were able to accommodate and served me with a smile! Thank you all!

Salmon was cooked to perfection! Service was great, manager visited table and I cannot say a negative thing. Place was super clean too! Was watching staff bussing tables and cleaning EVERYTHING in their station. I would bet the kitchen is just as well run!

Decided to stop by to celebrate with a birthday promotion before it expired, it was late in the evening but you still expect not to have cut rate service. We were seated promptly but was told we could only sit at the bar area which was not where I ever want to sit because of the noise even though there were other patrons sitting out in the restaurant. Had to wait on rolls which were burnt when they came out and hard as a rock. We asked for more and never received however kept seeing other waiters delivering fresh ones to other tables, our waitress disappeared and never saw her again meanwhile the salad came ( only lettuce eggs croutons) I asked about tomatoes and was told they were out of tomatoes. While all this time of waiting and no service, there were 5 employees gathered up together in a corner booth laughing being loud and obnoxious some eating, one eating ice cream who decided to get up and for whatever reason gigged their coworkers and walked off. Then I noticed a guy who worked there go up to the counter get a basket of fresh rolls and carry it back into to side door of the kitchen. It’s nearing closing time and all these employees want to do is party on the job and ignore the customers . We never got our food ( main course) after seeing this unbelievable behavior and absolutely lack of respect We left. We have see a lot of crazy things eating out as we frequently travel. However this is over the top which is why writing review , I rarely ever write them but Because we feel the public needs to be made aware. This experience is absolutely unacceptable and by the way it’s not the first time of having a bad service at this location. Problem is management doesn’t care and it obviously continues. We will never return to this horrible location.
