Today we visited for the first time. Our overall experience was good. The hot rolls and peanuts that were provided were wonderful, especially the bread. We all ordered steak, which came with 2 sides. The salad was delicious and quality, and I chose a baked sweet potato for the other side, which was also tasty. The steak was as ordered, but it was a bit tough for all of us, though very flavorful. The atmosphere was nice but very chilly-we were told that the thermostat was stuck and they couldn’t change it. The staff were courteous and quite helpful.

Waitress was extremely nice and I didn’t even have to ask to be put in a quiet corner since my autistic child was with me.

My stake was cooked medium well and I asked for medium rare. My wife asked for medium well and she ended up getting one that was medium rare. The baked potatoes were not cooked all the way through. When I asked for a to go of my Dr Pepper I was given a sweet tea because my drink was so watered down the waitress thought it was a tea. We never got refills on our drinks.

Everything was good, food was tasty,service was ok, I feel i should not have to ask for bread and drink refills to me a good waitress would visualize that and just bring it to the table.I usually bring my own tarter sauce for the fish and cucumbers for my salad,overall experience was good but it seems every time im there they want to place us party of 4 or me alone in the back of the restaurant,near the kitchen or the bathroom, and I always asked to sit elsewhere, im sorry but those days are over! I like that they have a manager that comes around to check on you.But will definitely go back but I tell them upfront, “not the back”

Went in and selected the steak that I wanted. Stood there for a few minutes figuring it out so did my friend. However, we didn’t get those steaks. We go to leave and there they are still marked so I think that’s a problem. If they’re not going to give you the steak that you choose then they should just not even offer the service there. The steak that I had had a lot more fat on it and I don’t like that fat so I had chosen a steak that was on the leaner side from the case. I think they got to get this worked out because I don’t think that was good at all. Otherwise the service was very good. Food was pretty good overall.

The staff at Texas Roadhouse was mostly friendly our waitress was nice, though the hostess could have been a little more welcoming. The food was great, as always! That said, the bathrooms were really bad. I didn’t let my kids use the women’s restroom, and even the men’s restroom wasn’t much better. Aside from that, it was a good meal and a decent experience.

A little belated anniversary date with a great movie and our meal of the day was at Texas Roadhouse.
We absolutely had the best service, everything arrived nice and hot, and so much food that we had three ‘to-go’ containers.
The Chef loved his chili but I didn’t get a picture fast enough. (There aren’t many chain restaurants near us so this was the first time in about 4 years since we had been at a TR!)

The last 4 times we have been to this location, it seems to get worse and worse. The hostesses are all very well mannered and polite. The problems begin once seated. The waitresses seem be not attentive. Either don’t care or whatever the case. No refills to no appetizers to include wrong items charged on bill. To being basically ignored. While other tables are waited on. Texas roadhouse is one if our favorite places to eat. But this location is really putting a bad taste on it. Highly recommend going to a different Texas roadhouse location if you want the service they used to have here. Really makes you want to reevaluate the whole tipping system with the way service is.

On Friday, we came to the Roadhouse for dinner. Parker our waiter was fantastic, couldn’t ask for better table service, the kitchen, terrible!!!! All three of our steaks came out raw and had to go back. The theme of going out to dinner was ruined because someone in the kitchen just plated and didn’t check the out going food that was served. “We” will not go back. Thankfully there are other choices in Charlottesville and not Outback either.
