Our Server Eileen was fast and efficient and nice. We checked in online came on a Sunday night and were seated as soon as we walked in the door. We were seated in a section in the back left that was warmer than the rest of the restaurant and a little crowded. The manager checked on our table so that was nice. When they came to sing someone happy birthday it was very loud with the clapping and shouting and still music in the background. I think that’s just the nature of the restaurant but it can be overwhelming for those with sensory issues. Most importantly the food was great. I liked the deviled eggs they were pretty good with the bits of bacon. My husband said the ribs were excellent and the kids liked their food!

Really disappointing experience. Our table was given away while our drinks and my jacket were still sitting there after we stepped outside for less than 10 minutes. Completely unacceptable.
The manager said our drinks would be taken off the bill, but they were still charged. Our replacement server rolled her eyes at us and talked negatively about us to another employee right in front of us.
We ended up leaving. Very unprofessional service and poor customer treatment.
Also the new table was given to us was completely dirty.
We went to chilis after this and the service was to die for.

i ordered a salmon ceaser salad and they gave me shrimp. i literally can’t eat shrimp so no protein for me, and the receipt is different from the one i signed, saying something about buffalo wings and they gave me four butters and zero bread

I usually order togo and i’m always greeted by a curly head boy (thank you for your kindness) while everybody else stares at you while stuffing their face with food , I shouldn’t have to tap my phone on the window in order for somebody to acknowledge me. One young man with blonde hair will literally just stare at you and not acknowledge you at all , if I’m being honest he shouldn’t be up in the front at all. Also before grabbing my items that I was missing , a young lady was also eating & seemed like she had an attitude & didn’t wash her hands after grabbing my missing items even if she would’ve wiped her hands off with a napkin I would’ve been fine with that.

Wow! I live nearby and have never visited this restaurant. Our server, Taylor, was such a warm hearted, sincere and friendly young lady. We all know that servers can make or break a dining experience. She was awesome! I had a 14 oz ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes and a house salad. Everything was great! Their meat has a special, great flavor. My mom had the ribs and she said they were the best she’s ever had in a restaurant. A smoky, fall off the bone rib slab, just fantastic. The Mac and cheese side she had was tasty as well. The drinks are great and the atmosphere is super upbeat with country music in the background.

My wife and I stopped here for dinner on the way home from Baltimore. It didn’t take long to get a seat and our server, Blake was awesome!! Very polite young man, welcomed us to Texas Roadhouse and took our order for drinks. He came right back with our drinks and took our dinner order. I have to give a kudos to the cooks because our food was prepared and delivered quickly. The food was delicious and Blake continued to check on us to make sure we were good. This was a very good experience!!

Every time I try to give this location grace they treat me like the black sheep in the family. Steak fries should not be overcooked like this and this wasn’t even the worst ones my son took out the other ones and put them in the trash. His feelings was hurt about his little ranger meal. And I’m glad he was actually able to eat some of the meat from his ribs since they too were overcooked.

We started off with ordering drinks, appetizers, and entrées at once to make everything smooth. It didn’t work. Drinks came after appetizers, and then our entrées came right after. Dishes were piled up. It was absurd. It was clear that no one cared. Waitresses and waiters were pacing back and forth or just congregating. I know that this isn’t upscale or anything, but this is intro 101 to being a server.
FYI – I’ve never eaten or desired to dine here in my life. We came simply because someone in our party had been wanting to try their rolls and steaks.
Fresh Rolls were great per guests at our table. They were okay to me. I had half of one.
We selected 2 filet mignons and one 18 oz. ribeye. They were okay. Nothing special.
Grilled Shrimp – ok
Caesar – ok
Ribs – ok
Potatoe Skins – ok except for the awful tasting fake bacon pieces
Deviled Eggs – disgusting (I sent them back. They were topped with nasty fake bacon bits.
Mashed Potatoes – ok, but the presentation lacked everything good
String Beans – good
Steak Fries – good
Top Shelf Margherita – very good

Good meal, loved my filet, my husband had to send his steak back, ordered medium rare steak but it came out cooked to grey/medium well. The server immediately took it back and replaced it quickly and the manager came to check in so that helped. Not great to wind up eating separately on our anniversary dinner (And what was left of mine was cold by the time we got his) though but not much to be done there. Our server was great though.

Everything was absolutely delicious today. Our server Kayla was the sweetest, and she was super knowledgeable. She also gave us great recommendations. We had a ribeye, green beans, house salad, grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, and ribs, and our drinks were a Top Shelf Margarita and an Island Kicker. Food and drinks were yummy. We both had leftovers to take home…huge portions. The rolls are always to die for.
