Always a good time at Texas Roadhouse. The rolls are delicious per usual. Staff is very friendly and helpful, no surprise there either. Steak was cooked perfectly. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of were the fried pickles, but you can’t win them all. The wait wasn’t the best but our waiter kept the rolls, drinks, and appetizers coming so we were satisfied. This place definitely knows how to make some delicious comfort food!

So after waiting by the door after being told they can take us right now for few minutes I should of just left.. it’s not like the cleaned the floor underneath table guessing they just pushed old food there and it’s fine. It just keeps getting better after being took to our table you know where they had old food on the floor. The other customers receipt was there. we wasn’t told where the menu where at and the waiter was asking us party of 3 what we like to eat and we let him know we didn’t get any menu he stated the other person was supposed to let us know. Ok great not a problem. (After) that then we starting eating the bread but had no silverware, no plates again was told the other person didn’t do it. Ok fine. Then the waiter comes ask us what we like to eat we get a hamburger simple right just mayo and Pickle on 1, the other the same and add bacon and the other smokehouse style you know feeling little good…. we all said no Lettuce tomato or onions just thinking we’ll have mayonnaise and Pickle on the side it would be nice. They were the most dry and disgusting things ever. Not to mention the smokehouse came with onions after asking him to take it off. The manager comes and didn’t even help the situation what services you guys are providing here how to make things worse. There’s to much stuff happening in the world and really all people want is a moment to enjoy something nice. This is very disappointing and sad. All we wanted was a good clean environment to relax and talk about our day and didn’t mind spending little here and there.

I love Texas Roadhouse. Their food is great. I have NEVER had an issue when dining in. But this locations carry out? SUCKS. Every time I have ordered carry out, something is not correct.

I’m not going to say the food wasn’t good. The food was good but seriously it looked like there was no love put into it. We got a chicken sandwich that literally had nine fries on it and I ordered a salad that was scattered with crumbs of chicken. They were busy and it just seemed like everything was hurried.

Rolls fantastic, service fantastic, food not good. In their defense, neither me or my wife got steak. My burger was not good and fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while (definitely not freshly made). My wife said her shrimp were OK, broccoli was brown

Our food was great and service was fabulous but it is hotter inside than outside and it is over 80 degrees outside. It made what was expected to be a great meal horrible, who wants to be sweating and barely able to breath indoors while attempting to enjoy an evening out. Absolute inhumane in this building. I don’t know what you need to do hut I would imagine an AC fix would cost alot less than unsatisfied customers. We will not be coming back until we know the climate in the building is corrected.
