My wife, my son and I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse. They had lots of menu selections, but we went there for steak, and that’s what we ordered. We also shared the Texas Roadhouse version of deep fried onion rings. It was excellent. My salad was fresh and delicious.

Been going here for 5 plus years and we ordered the same items as we always do, 3 Dallas fillet medium meals to go for the family and the steak was not meat this time… it looks like and feels like baked pink fat in your mouth and I called the manager to find out if they changed the meat provider but he was very stand offish and didn’t even have the time to pull up our order or even let me submit my photo and said he can send a $20 gift card via email but not now and would have to do it after they closed… I just requested to get our money back for the steak but stated they don’t have a computer in the mangers office and that he can’t submit a refund once it’s processed which is a contradiction in itself…. The sides were cooked perfectly as always which is why I’m not giving a 1 star and I never post about food or even have social media so I’ll let the photo speak for itself!

My wife and I have been eating at this location for years, usually getting takeout. Today we ordered around opening time, which unfortunately was a mistake.
The food wasn’t the usual quality, everything tasted old, like it had been cooked the day before, including the bread. Since my wife is pregnant, we didn’t feel comfortable eating it and decided to request a refund, something we’ve never done before. We called and asked the woman if we could bring the food back for a refund, and she confirmed that was fine.
When I arrived, the takeout window employees were very nice, but the manager, Dina, waiting inside immediately said, “So I understand you’d like a refund on a half-eaten prime rib.” There was no apology or question, just an inaccurate and accusatory comment. She processed the refund with a sarcastic remark about the $43 total and gave no receipt.
We weren’t trying to scam anything, if we were, it wouldn’t involve returning immediately with barely touched food. We’ve spent thousands at this location, which made this interaction especially disappointing. Because of one poor meal and a hostile manager, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
To be clear, all the takeout window employees were professional and friendly. This review is solely about the manager’s behavior.

I contacted Texas Roadhouse to inquire about hosting a family gathering of 18-20 individuals at their establishment on a Friday afternoon at 11:30 PM. This request was made during a particularly emotional period for my family as it was the passing of our father and we wanted to come there to celebrate his life as a family together.
However, the manager’s response was unprofessional and dismissive of my request. Despite my repeated inquiries, the establishment informed me that they lack sufficient servers to accommodate such a large group.
This unexpected response was particularly disappointing given my frequent patronage of the restaurant.
In contrast, Chili’s Restaurant provided exceptional service and accommodated my request with a smile. I commend Chili’s for their compassion and customer service.

Sophia was Excellent! The food was good as always. I gave my overall experience a 3 because the bathrooms were Trashed and the wait time went from 15 mins to 45 mins for a party of 2.

I visited on a bust Saturday night. My wait time for a table was manageable 10-20 minutes. We were seated quickly. Our server was very observant to our table. The food was good even after sending our plate back if still rate it a great plate. I’d definitely visited again.
