Stopped by here randomly without any expectations. The service is phenomenal, live and warm vibe. We were seated immediately regardless it was a busy Sunday lunch time.
Our waitress Samatha was friendly and attentive. The bread service, $5 margaritas, the salad, the butter, etc everything was very good except the steaks. We ordered bone in ribeye and t bone porterhouse – so dry, even though we ordered medium. However, for the price, it’s not much to complaint. They ran out of peanuts, which I thought is odd because that’s what they are known for, not a big deal though. It was overall a nice meal.

Every visit to Texas Roadhouse has been a treat! Their hospitality is always great! Servers there went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Every bit of our dinners was fantastic as always, and don’t forget the wonderful hot rolls. We left with full stomachs! We can’t wait to come back very soon.

The roadhouse is always enjoyable me and my son has been dining there for years actually service always good atmosphere is kinda noisy but they always have big crowds there even with reservations still had a 20 minute wait and when it’s someone in your dining party’s birthday look out your going to get saddled up and have servers chanting and hollering for your birthday while entire restaurant stairs at you quite the enjoyable experience if I do say so since of course I was saddled up and my kids got to make me embarrassed lol but great time haven’t been well make sure you give it a shot if ya read this review

I don’t understand why this location offers online ordering, they clearly can’t handle it. Placed an online order through the app at 5:45pm, and was told it would be ready at 6:10pm. I didn’t get my food until 7:00pm. I wasn’t the only person who experienced this. The line got to 20 people deep while I was waiting. There was 1 kid working the pickup window, and he occasionally had someone “helping” him tell people they didnt have that order, and they’d go check in the kitchen and dissappear for 10 minutes at a time. Half the orders ahead of me had something missing so they guy had to dissappear back into the kitchen for 10 minutes. If someone asked for extra bbq sauce or anything like that, you guessed it, back into the kitchen for 10 minutes. Once my food was finally ready, the guy had to completely unpack my order to check it was all correct. While I appreciate that customer care, thats another set of hands touching my food, and another 5 minutes of added wait time. By the time I got home all my food was cold and I had to reheat it anyway.
To make matter worse, I finally got the text that my order is ready for pickup at the window, at 7:40pm, in the middle of writing this review.
My family normally enjoys Texas Road house, but until they can get an actual system in place and some competent people to run it, they need to stop offering online ordering because they clearly can’t handle it.

Drink: GREAT – and good value. We went for margaritas.

Did an online order, selected “well done” for a NY strip steak and on the selection on the website it even said “no pink” under well done. Got home and there’s pink on my steak so obviously it wasn’t well done. In my pic the steak itself doesn’t even look like a NY strip steak, very stringy with fat clumps in it. Ordered boneless wing and they tasted a little off. Even the rolls weren’t that great as they were cold. For the price I’m paying I think I’ll dine elsewhere.

I asked for the ribeye 12 oz. It was tender and juicy. The baked sweet potato was excellent and the bread was delicious. Will come back.

We went to for prime rib, but it was already sold out. So very disappointed but! Our server was very friendly so decided to stay to try steak. We didn’t expect so much but it was much greater than we thought. Food was really yummy and perfectly cooked. It was amazing and we were surprised for the quality for the price. All staff members checked all the tables regularly and everything was thoroughly cleaned after the guests left. Impressed! We will definitely visit again for the prime rib.
