When we were seated we were greeted immediately by our server to take drink and appetizer order. She was very attentive, polite, and on her game the whole time.
We ate the fresh hot rolls with signature cinnamon butter along with peanuts as we waited for the app.
We ordered the Rattlesnake Bites for an app. They are a deep fried ball of cheese and bits of jalapeño. Comes with ranch and a spicy horseradish dipping sauce.
For entrees, I ordered a Ribeye with Shrimp Combo and my wife ordered a Sirloin with Ribs. Our server later informed us they were out of ribs, bummer. For sides, we got salads, chili, and mashed potatoes.
My Ribeye was supposed to be medium but came out more like well, barely any pink. It was still tasty. Perfect amount of salt and good grill flavor. My wife’s Sirloin was very thick, almost like a filet thickness. Her cook was good and also very delicious.
During our dining experience there was the faint sound of country music in the background. Several people were celebrating a birthday and had the staff help celebrate. There was also a session of line dancing among the servers. The music was cranked for that.
All in all it was a good experience. The cook on my steak and no ribs gave it the 4 stars. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if your seeking a quiet dinner. It gets quite noisy. Definitely a great steakhouse and blew Outback out of water.
Go for the dinner and stick with that – everything else wasn’t worth the price or just nasty. I wish I would have taken a pic of the appetizer- but here is the 8$ bite of cheesecake. (That’s a 2oz cups for scale)
We came in during the Sunday dinner rush and were still seated in under 15 minutes, which was a nice surprise. The dining area was busy but comfortable, and we didn’t feel rushed. Seeing the steaks on display as you’re walking to your table is a cool touch.
The free rolls with cinnamon butter are always a highlight—definitely ask for extra butter.
We skipped drinks and just ordered entrées and had plenty of food. I went with the ribs, salad, and baked potato, and my wife had the ribeye and shrimp combo. Everything came out hot and tasted great.
There were a couple small add-on charges that caught us by surprise, but overall the prices were reasonable and the experience was positive.
We’d come back again and try some other menu items.
Omar was our waiter, and couldn’t have been a nicer young man.
He invited us to come back and be “regulars” which we plan to do. We have been to many restaurants and many Texas Roadhouse locations, and this is among the best we’ve seen. Everyone was very nice and made my wife and I feel welcome.
The food was very good (my wife had a perfectly cooked rib-eye and I had the BBQ grilled chicken). My only suggestion is that the BBQ chicken could have been a little bigger. The atmosphere was pleasant, and everyone seemed to be having a nice time.
Shout out to Omar (we will be requesting him as our waiter, when we go there), and the crew there.
It’s not as common as it used to be to see young people who care about what they do, and we saw a lot of that today.
It’s refreshing to see and gives us hope for the future.
Keep up doing it right at this location, because it can make a difference in people’s day!
Thanks again Omar, and we will be back soon!
