Came here for dinner on a Saturday night around 5:30pm. There was already a line out the door, but we were on the wait-list and got seated within 10 minutes.
Food is always good and consistent and the staff here is super attentive and on top of things. The bread rolls were amazing as always and came out piping hot!

So I wanted a few days to write this review- I truly didn’t want to but I figured other people should know when they’re deciding on where to eat their dinner or spend their time. My partner and I typically love Texas Roadhouse, we don’t have one close to us so traveling an hour to Selinsgrove for this one is pretty rare for us. When we first got there, we were immediately met with dirty looks and felt out of place. Once we were seated our service was a nice woman who asked us for our drinks and upon bringing them out to us, I noticed a bug (pictured) in the sweet tea I had ordered. Not only is that beyond disgusting but a health hazard in itself. She brought me a different drink which was just a water and we ordered. My food was alright, my mashed potatoes weren’t mashed, it was just chunks of potatoes halfway done. My partner ordered a medium well burger and they brought out an extremely rare burger (pictured). Not only is that gross for us because we don’t our meat like that, it just wasn’t what he ordered. To mend the issues the very nice manager ( I don’t remember her name) took off the burger meal and the sweat tea and apologized profusely about the situation at hand. As we were leaving, she also gave us a coupon for a free appetizer whenever we come back. Unfortunately to say, we won’t be. This situation put a bitter taste in our mouth.

Another great dining experience. I was seated almost immediately after I chose my steak. A waitress, not my waitress, approached my table and took my order. A few minutes later my waitress appeared and made sure I had been taken care of. Throughout my experience both waitresses stopped by with cheerful attitudes to ensure my experience was a good one. The manager stopped by to listen to any complaints I may have had. (I had none) I have eaten at many Texas Roadhouse restaurants and I have never had a bass meal, and I’ve only ever had 1 bad service experience. I would highly recommend Texas Roadhouse restaurant to anyone looking for a great steak.

We were here for an afternoon dinner on a Sunday recently. There was a line of people, but we were seated in around 20 minutes. I thought we would wait longer but to my surprise we didn’t. The service was good and we got our food fairly fast considering how busy they were. We picked out our steaks before we were seated and they were excellent! I requested my glass of wine come when I was served my meal and they remembered that. I have had the server forget this at other locations. Overall, the food and service were very good and I looked forward to coming here again.

Came here at the lunch hour, about 1 pm on a Sunday and the place was packed. The parking lot is huge- and it was packed! There was a crowd in the lobby but we were seated quite quickly. We were waited on right away and our drinks brought right out. The experienced waitress was great, very attentive. The service from the kitchen was slow – of course- due to the crowd- so I can’t give 5 stars there. I got the pork chops – and they were quite thick. I was disappointed with the “side items” menu. There you have fries, baked potato, mashed, and a sweet potato. Which takes up about 60% of your choices there. The fresh vegetables were carrots and broccoli, but the carrots were just sliced, not cooked well and not baby carrots. The bread is good here- the rolls. This is a fun place to come.

The food was good, but since this is a chain restaurant, I will focus on reviewing the service. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and made us feel comfortable. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Wait time was waaaaay too long. Couldn’t wait inside/had to wait outside where it was cold and damp (even if we got something from the bar). Wouldn’t have waited, but wanted to use gift card. Definitely won’t be in a hurry to return here.

I always get the same thing, which is still way too much food for me. I get the 6oz. Sirloin with Grilled Shrimp. I ordered my steak medium, but it was definitely well done. The Snake Bites were very salty. The rest was good.
