Enjoyed my visit to Texas, I will admit, I ordered the pulled pork with Mac n’ cheese, with baked potato and was not very thrilled with the meal, the waiter attempted to warn me that the Mac n cheese it Kraft, so logically I felt like you couldn’t mess that up, but I was wrong. My family members ordered the ribs, smothered chicken, steak etc and they were all in their glee, which made me happy. They had a kids menu available for my 10 and 7 year old which they enjoyed and was a great portion for children, enough to ensure they were full but not enough to over feed. The waiter was an absolute joy, he was attentive and pleasant (I am sorry I can’t remember his name as he definitely needs his kudos), he made sure we had an even better time with his lively personality. And let me not forget the rolls and the honey butter, OMG they are sooooo good. All in all, will definitely visit again.

Put my order in at 5:30 PM for a 6:45 PM pick up. There were people standing in line for over an hour waiting for their meal. I waited an extra half hour. I don’t recommend pick up at the window. Food is always delicious. The service sucked tonight and atmosphere. They had good music.

Great music, great atmosphere, great food, friendly service. The only downfall is if you have a large party over 8, this is not the place to visit as your party will not be able to sit together. Away from that everything was great! 10 out of 10

I thought Texas Roadhouse was supposed to be a steakhouse? After waiting 15 mins just to get our drinks, I ordered a medium 8oz filet and it came out a little undercooked, so I politely asked our server to take it back and throw it on the grill for a little bit longer. After about 15 mins of waiting I asked if they could just put it in a to go box cause the person I was with was already done eating their also undercooked steak. 30 minutes later our server came out with a new steak. Before I even cut into it, the server pointed out that she thought it looked undercooked…. I cut into the steak and it was raw and cold in the center. I sent the steak back again since it was definitely not safe to eat and left.

The people running this location are doing it right. No matter how busy the food comes fast and accurate. The service is on point. It’s clean and well organized. And they must treat their people well because we have gotten to know a Number of them over the years since we come a-lot (shout out to the amazing Jordan!) While other places around are always short staffed and rarely have the people stay, this place has consistent staff. We love it here!

Worst place I ever ate. Got seated after 20 minutes. 2 hours later finally got our meal. Waitress was oblivious and not helpful. Said we did order welldone steaks as if that was the reason it took 2 hours. Table register would not accept our gift cards. We were paying with cash and waitress kept insisting we use the register. After considerable arguing with her she finally huffed off and took it behind the bar to cash out. Gave herself a large tip.

Our appetizer never came, and our waitress took it off. However, I ordered a steak Medium Rare, and it came out well done and like jerky. My sweet potatoe was not right, and I had to ask for my other side because it was left off. They had gotten very busy so I didn’t complain about that, we just paid and left. Seems like the kitchen can’t handle busy times.

The prices for what you get are amazing. We were seated quickly, our server was attentive, and the food came out quick. I got a ribeye, and it was cooked perfectly. The sides are wonderful and the bread is the best around.
