I believe in giving credit where credit is due. My husband and I needed a quick dinner last night before a concert and thankfully we decided to put our name in on the waitlist on our drive over because it was PACKED. Like shockingly packed. The hostess staff got us checked in and seated very quickly. They were beyond kind and polite. Every other staff member we interacted with was nothing but kind and helpful too. Our waitress promptly took our orders, our food came out fast and it was honestly so delicious. We both walked away so impressed by the efficiency and enjoyable time we had. This TR is very well run!

This probably the first time my review of texas roadhouse isn’t all 5s. First, the restaurant was packed, so I have to give a little grace. Although the server failed to provide a refill of my drink, and i ordered my steak medium and it arrived well done. Definately a bit disappointed since texas roadhouse food and service is always top notch.

Wow!! My husband and I went here on a whim and were so glad we did! Our server, Abby, provided some of the best service we’ve had anywhere in a long time. As first timers she offered lots of suggestions (all of which we took and were delighted by) and was so attentive. This is that rare place where the sides are just as good, if not maybe even better, than the mains! They advertise that they’re all homemade and it tastes it! We’ll definitely be back!

Went for a nice dinner, had excellent service from attentive servers and a perfectly-cooked meal. While the background music is normally a little too loud for my liking, apparently every ~45 minutes or so, they turn the music up to concert level and do sing-a-long line dancing. I’m not particularly noise-sensitive, but that was ridiculous.
The managers response was “…well that’s our culture here.”
Great service and food, but the complete lack of respect to all the other diners is inexcusable. I’ll never return to this location.

The steak house salad is phenomenal. If you like bleu cheese recommend. They toss the greens in their house made Italian dressing, top it with at least a 6 oz filet (not exactly sure the weight) bleu cheese crumbles & house made .B.C dressing….$17.99 all day….great price,quantity and quality!!!

Always had a good experience dining at TRH. The peach tea is a must try if you have not. All the meals on the menu are good and they strive to cook your steak to your liking. Only thing I see people complain about is the music can be to loud at times.

Used to be great food and great service. Now it is just great food. Be prepared to wait over an hour for your food. Do not come here with young children as you will need to keep them entertained long past their ability to stay occupied and well-behaved, for seemingly an eternity. This has been our experience the last few visits – something is clearly very wrong now with this Pleasant Hills, PA location

Food was meh, service was excellent. Just not a lot of flavor in the whole meal then my my boyfriends steak was the med rare he ordered on the one end but become more cooked/ tough as he ate towards the other end. My steak was cooked evenly but just had so much fat; I went for the 14oz over the 12 but I feel like I just paid for more fat. Will probably give them another chance but for $80 I’m dissapointed.
