We are Texas Roadhouse fans and now this location is number one 🙂 The service is always great, always with a smile and the food always comes out perfectly. Except for the other night, my daughter and I both ordered our steaks medium rare. They came to our table as medium to almost medium well. the manager noticed that we were looking for our waitress and he came over and took care of everything and delivered fresh new steaks at medium rare temp and even replenished our sides. It’s amazing how these things can add up so much to the customer and it meant a lot that he noticed and took care of everything. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this location

I just want to say that I was in this restaurant in Howell this evening with my wife sister and nephew and we had a great meal. We also had THE BEST waitress Areanna. If u go there ask for her she’s fantastic. Hopefully her manager sees this because she deserves recognition. Everyone there was so nice but ive never had a waitress as nice and attentive as her. Thank u Areanna for making our evening wonderful because of you we will be back

Was visiting my parents and they treated me for dinner here. I had never been to a Texas Roadhouse, and now I cant wait to come back! Steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and all of the servers were so incredibly kind and helpful. It was truly a lovely dining experience!

My family has been at various chain steakhouses. On price they are about average ( with exception to a great margarita special for $5 they were running). My party of 5 arrived about 5:30 and only waited about 10 minutes. Our waitress was quick, attentive, and friendly. For the apps definitely try the fried pickles and boneless chicken wings. They gave more then most. The steaks were ordered were done perfectly along with sides. The only thing was my daughter ordered a steak topped salad and they could have put more. Definitely a 85% salad 15% steak.
Besides that loved it. Atmosphere and music great.

We came here as a large group and the staff was very accommodating. We had called ahead and had a size they could fit at one table with some adjustments. We were very comfortable in a corner and didn’t seem to be in the way. Our waitress was fantastic- really kept up with our large group and kids. The food was delicious as usual. There were some minor issues (no croutons on a salad – very minor) but she took care of it so quickly. This was the best experience I’ve had at any Texas Roadhouse!

Let me start by saying the place was jam packed and hopping. Thats not a bad thing unless there is no place to wait. Don’t worry, we can all stand crammed in like sardines, right in front of the rolls production line. The food was great I got we got the ny strip, rib eye and the dallas. All werecgood. The Mozzy twists were fantastic. The fried pickles were top tier. The little jalapeno balls weren’t my fav. THE ROLLS WERE THE BEST. I would have gave 5 stars, but the older gentleman in the blue shirt or jacket, I assume the manager, came to us as soon as we payed. He basically kicked us off our table. Not one other time did he come by and ask, why we didn’t have silverware. He didn’t come by and ask why we didn’t have drinks. He only came by at the end to get us off the table. Like dude we were just putting our jackets on and finishing our beers. We tipped and paid and need 4 extra minutes. He had white hair and really put a damper on the whole experience. Other then that jerk, Bella the waitress was awesome. She was a lot of fun. The whole thing was great, except for the way you make people cram in to get seated, and the old dude at the end. That guy is nothing but a problem. He can kick rocks.

Went to celebrate my adult daughter’s birthday. My son and daughter love it especially the blue alcoholic drink that I don’t know the name of. For a chain I think it’s pretty good. The servers are friendly but I think during busy times they have many tables, definitely not the fault of the servers, but it can take a bit if you have an issue. The atmosphere is woody western however it is a busy place with busy walkways. As with many busy places you can feel a bit rushed and I get that they don’t make money with table sitters but be aware if you want a more relaxed atmosphere. The manager did come by to check if things were good. It’s in a strip
Mall so plenty of parking.

Used to go to Aroogas for trivia night with the boys but that dump closed so now we go here. No croutons in salad and tripped on a beautiful hot roll outside the door. Too much pepper in the corn. 4 stars

I was delighted to take my partner out for dinner for a late Valentine’s Day celebration this past Saturday. The food was great, atmosphere was clean and most of the wait staff were really pleasant. My 2-star rating for service boils down to unnecessary bickering between staff that clearly was heard by patrons in the restaurant. A waitress named Michelle (visible from her name tag) was complaining about how she disliked her job and it was clearly showing through in her work performance. I would be happy to come spend hard-earned money there again if it were guaranteed we didn’t have to hear staff bash their jobs. It was distracting and in this economy, a job, no matter where should be treated with respect. The staff are a representation of the company and it was really disappointing to hear a worker who relies on tips to go on like she did.
