My husband loves their steaks, but for my taste I would give it a 7 out of 10, of the times I have visited the place I have not had a good meal, my breast was raw in the center , and the children’s menu should improve a little more, my daughter always ends up leaving her food , but the service is excellent, very attentive, fast, friendly, respectful and best of all is that they did not bring us the bill because that is very unpleasant and there are restaurants that do it and that is in very bad taste. but if you have not visited the place I recommend you do.

We’ve been here 3 or 4 times and twice to the Cromwell location. Not sure how I didn’t write a review sooner? This most recent visit we had a party of 5 on Monday (President’s Day) The Roadhouse was packed, but the wait line moved along at a quick pace. Server was awesome. Drinks came out quick, food quick as well. Steak, chicken, burgers.. all just how we ordered. Steak fries, rice, Mac & cheese, salad – all just how we ordered. Prices are more than reasonable. Real food, great service and didn’t break the bank. Yee- haw!…. Then of course are the warm fresh buns ..BONUS!

Our server Matt was great. He was attentive and jovial.
It has been over two year since I’ve been to any Texas Roadhouse and I can say that the quality has remained somewhat the same.
The only thing that was not flavorful as before were the rattlesnake bites.
Also the portion for the sample platter went from four options to three.
The horseradish sauce was pretty strong at this location.
The boneless wings were a bit cold with a lot of cartilage.
I know what to and what not to order next time.

This is a fun chain restaurant best known for its steaks. The atmosphere is casual and upbeat. It’s a great place to bring the family or celebrate a birthday. My personal favorite is the prime rib. Many of my friends like the New York strip or ribs. This particular location is very busy. They do not offer reservations but I do recommend using call ahead seating. If your coming on a Friday or Saturday night make sure you come early. The decore is unique and they offer free peanuts while you wait. I have been to several of the locations in different states and the food and experience have been consistent. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good steak at a fair price.

Took myself out for lunch since I finally got a day off and can say I was truly satisfied! The food was delicious and the service was impeccable even the manager came to make sure everything was going alright. I have no complaints I would definitely recommend! And as always the rolls with the cinnamon butter were amazing!

Yoyo was AMAZING. This was my 2nd time at this location. I came out to eat with my friends and might I say this was probably one of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a very long time. You guys definitely need to use her as a model for many other stores because that is exactly how customer service should be done!!! I really wish we would have tipped her more because she was phenomenal!!!
