Have been to this location on multiple occasions. Food is often great and always comes out very fast. Service can be hit or miss depending on the server. They sometimes aren’t knowledgeable about what comes with your meal and some are friendlier than others. Atmosphere is usually lively. I’d recommend overall especially for birthdays.

Well we won’t be back packed our food and left….. and what a shame because food was amazing. Probably the worst service we’ve ever experienced. Served us appetizers without plates, waiter no were to be seen. Never came to check on us. Had to get up and ask for them. People as tables next to us were also complaining about were there waiter was. Then we get our food and can’t eat comfortably because waiter was M.I.A and used plates and empty cups were piled up at our table. Had to also have to get someone to come get it. At this point we all needed refills but couldn’t get it because nobody comes to check on you so at that point it was our final straw paid on the tablet packed up our food and left will never come back. And again had other people around us that were expressing how upset they were aswell!

The country fried steak is my favorite. Service is always great. Prices and serving sizes are well above average for today’s businesses. One of my favorite go tos.

Sat at the bar, the bartender Rylee was nice, attentive and sympathetic however we sat there for over 35 minutes waiting for our food, the manager told us it would be out soon, few minutes later she brings out the food says plate is hot However that was the only thing hot, baked potato was warm at best, chicken and gravy was cold pulled pork tasted like pound of salt was on it. This is the third time we have waited over 35 minutes for food.
We were not the only ones complaining either so maybe they need new chefs

WOW great experience. We stopped at Friendly’s down the road and it was so bad we walked out right after our drinks were brought out. As usual Texas Roadhouse kicks butt! Their staff were incredible.

It was a great night out for fifteen people celebrating an 83 year milestone as Hannah rocked the service as our primary server with cheerful backup from the rest of the team. My 16 oz. Ribeye was cooked just as I ordered it, medium rare. My wife had a very tender, generous portion of country fried chicken which also provided lunch the following day. The endless supply of fresh rolls from start to finish was a nice touch. Fried pickles are one of my go-to appetizers and these were just north of adequate. If you like fried pickles, they’re worth ordering but won’t be what brings you back.

Just another overrated chain restaurant. The medium burger was dry? The ribs tasted like ham and the BBQ chicken tasted like a hungry man frozen dinner. Don’t waste your money and time pick a different restraunt.
If I would of went across the street to Popeyes chicken I would of enjoyed it more.

ALWAYS a great meal, good times, and quality service! I highly recommend this place. It is well run and managed thanks to HANNAH. She is awesome! We come here often and never a bad experience!

Let me first say that I’ve been to several different Texas Roadhouse locations in different states and this location is the worst!
Our server Alexa was incredibly kind and awesome despite the issues we experienced.
Mozzarella twists were delicious. Received them before our rolls and honey butter as there were none ready at the beginning of the dinner rush.
I ordered steak with double cheese fries. The steak was overcooked and the cheese fries were smothered in liquid cheese and didn’t have bacon. The menu didnt indicate that the cheese had changed so I’m not sure why they used liquid cheese as opposed to shredded which their menu reflects. When I got my new steak the manager asked me to cut into it and it was still over cooked yet his reaction was to say looks perfect and basically ran off. (Picture is of 2nd steak).
My husband got a steak, baked potato, and salad. His steak was fatty but, was well cooked. His baked potato on the other hand was not cooked at all and when he got it back it was obviously microwaved which isn’t cool.
Given this location is new, I waited a while for the kinks to work out and was very disappointed.

Great vibe, service and food! Love their fries and the Smokehouse Burger is my favorite go-to. Bar has a fun vibe with awesome bartenders and good cocktails. Food normally comes out pretty quick even when it’s busy here. Can get packed during busy times so consider call ahead if you’re a larger group. Overall a local favorite for me!
