I had an amazing first-time experience here! The family-friendly atmosphere and cozy 20-person bar are remarkable. The interior, adorned with wood, beams, and posters, creates a fantastic ambiance. As a steak enthusiast, I was pleased with their variety of steak choices, cuts, and reasonable prices. Their BBQ options, recommended by a couple of people, are definitely worth trying. Our expectations were exceeded at this TRH location. Our ribeye was delicious as was the rest of our meal including the grilled shrimp appetizer. Chelsea, our server, was timely, attentive and fun. We’ll be back the next time we’re in Providence.

There were 3 of us. Had never been before. Our waitress was lovely and patient with us. 2 managers came to our table to see how we were doing. Gave us a coupon for a free app on our next visit. The food was great. 3 entrees, one appetizer(the onion blossom was huge and delicious!!), 2 cocktails. $99 before the tip. What a deal! Will go back for certain. Was way beyond our expectations.

This is an example of a chain restaurant doing it right, and producing solid results. We stopped in here after a long day, and it was a welcomed break from the heat. One of our group members ordered a steak, and that steak was cooked to their specifications. Everyone’s food was great, with no noticeable issues with quality. The server took a bit to check in on us from time to time, however the overall experience was good.

My husband had a good steak, and liked everything except the green beans. I had the salmon, and it would’ve been fine if they didn’t salt it. It seemed like they spilled a heavy amount of salt on it, which made it difficult to enjoy. The cooked carrots were cold, dry and rubbery. Overall, I was disappointed with my main entree.

Today was my first time going to Texas road house and this is the first time writing a review so that says a lot. I was seated fairly quickly which was nice. Too bad I didn’t actually get to try the food or the drinks. I was sitting for about 20 minutes watching the staff sit around and look at each other. Meanwhile no one ever came to the table to even introduce themselves. With that being said the service is absolute garbage. No opinion on the food considering I didn’t get to eat. I just got up and walked out because I don’t want to dine in at a restaurant where I have to tell people how to do their jobs. Very frustrating considering I work in customer service as well. Absolutely appalled by the customer service at this particular location in Cranston. Can’t speak for the others but honestly I wouldn’t ever step foot in there again. Thanks for ruining my experience.

The food of course was delicious but while I was eating people where seated at a dirty table and they looked like they complained so they got moved. When they where being moved the manager was calling, whoever seated them, immature teenagers and that they lack common sense and I thought that was disrespectful. People make mistakes..
