Big greasy mess. Ordered a burger cooked medium thinking it was a safe route. Burger was extremely undercooked (borderline bloody) and INEDIBLE. Took one bite felt sick. Other members of party ordered fish n chips. Extremely greasy, barely any fish. Mozzarella sticks were the greasiest I’ve ever seen (included a picture of what the parchment paper looked like). We all left the restaurant feeling sick. Server did not check in about how the food was, nor did she notice it was barely touched.

Food is always delicious. This last time I went I was served right away, the waitress who was in training was great and so was her trainer. Both ladies were quick had great attitudes and clearly knew the menu.

Steak was dry and bland also not appetizing. The onions were gooey and just not it. Just look at the plate…. Also the steak sauce not good definitely needs to be changed. I paid $90 for three meals, waited a while just for this…I’m very disappointed. Best thing was the bread that’s it!

Their bread and margaritas are the best! Their steaks are made well, too. I love being able to choose your own steak in the front. The hostesses at the front are OK, but usually, their servers are top-notch.

Unfortunately, our recent experience didn’t match the previous one. This was quite the night from start to finish. The host grabbed our bread basket and proceeded to the outside door to hold it and let people out. Now we all know the importance of this bread, it’s the best. But no way should the bread that left the building return to our table. I asked for a new bread basket and her negative attitude surfaced, but only for us not for the guests passing by leaving the restaurant. Once we made it to our table, she grabbed the dirty appetizer plates and threw them on our table. Thankfully, Jeremy, the manager, came to our table to apologize. However, the steaks were over cooked. When we received a new steak, the lady asked if she could get us another drink and we said yes, but that drink never came. When looking at the bill, we paid for the drink, thankfully refunded. However, we had two charges for one shrimp skewer and we still don’t understand the rationale.

Very friendly staff and a great meal. Everything is available for a very reasonable price considering the quality of the food. Maybe not your top of the line steaks, but still a good deal, would recommend !

My spouse and I arrived at Texas Roadhouse intending to enjoy some refreshments and a meal before attending a movie. Being mindful of our schedule, we arrived approximately two hours in advance to ensure ample time. Opting to sit at the bar, we ordered beers, which were promptly served. Our appetizer was also promptly brought to us quickly. We had been waiting an hour and observed other patrons who arrived after us get their meals. We had ordered a straightforward selection of chicken tenders and country-fried steak. Regrettably, with the movie set to commence in just ten minutes, another individual approached the bar, expressing frustration after waiting for her food for fifty minutes. Given the time constraints, we reluctantly decided to cancel our orders after waiting for approximately an hour and a half, to make it to the movie on time. While the bar staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, it is evident that improvements are required in the kitchen operations. I had been eagerly anticipating a satisfying dinner before the movie, but unfortunately, this expectation was not met.
