We are huge fans of Texas Roadhouse. Our favorite one is here in E. Greenwich, RI. From management down to the person cleaning up our table, we always have nothing but positive things to say about Texas Roadhouse. We feel welcomed from the front door greeters to after we pay our bill. Last night, we didn’t realize that when you reserve a table you now have to type HERE in the text. Oops on our part. That has changed since the update on the app apparently. Not a huge deal but we had to wait a few minutes longer once we were told that. We were sitted by a very pleasant girl. Then the waitress came. In all the very many times of being there, we have never had such an unpleasant waitress. She was short, rude, didn’t want to work or explain anything, & then, with what I usually order was told that isn’t how it is served. I showed her the description of my salad & still said that isn’t the usual way. She didn’t bother explaining questions. We figured it on our own. We know it was extremely busy but we only saw her once running by our table with a quick stop. Every other table saw their waiter or waitress many times. It took forever for her to come by with to go containers. Of course she was right there for payment with the only semi smile we saw the whole visit. Someone like her doesn’t deserve a job at an awesome restaurant like Texas Roadhouse in RI. She said she has worked there for 1.5 years. We have never had her nor do we ever want her to wait on us again.
Our dinner was delicious as usual with no complaints on the drinks or food wise. We enjoyed the rest of our experience at Texas Roadhouse. We will be back again but won’t ask for Jaime to be our waitress ever again. It was sad when we saw every other waiter or waitress that we always enjoy dealing with & we had the one that definitely wasn’t pleasant like everyone else there.
I do honestly miss the dancing which we haven’t seen in awhile. Please bring that back.

This is a difficult review. My family went for a celebration. We were seated right away. The server and staff were friendly.
My husband enjoyed his meal. He said the ribs were really good. My daughter and I had mixed reviews. I enjoyed my salad and the appetizer of mozzarella twists, fried pickles, and skins. We both ordered the vegetable plate. The applesauce was basic but good. The mac and cheese was decent. The brocoli and carrots were crunchy and difficult to enjoy. The fries were not well seasoned.
Regarding the atmosphere, it’s a fun place. But…. they were line dancing next to our booth, which was a bit awkward, as was having other servers brush our table, trying to squeeze through.

I usually never go to chain restaurants but I got a free kids meal card so decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised. The service was fantastic, the managers were on top of everything and created each table at some point during the meal. The warm rolls and apple are to die for. I’ll definitely be back

Adetokunboh was an amazing server! He was extremely attentive and kind making sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Food was great and utilizing the waitlist prior to getting here helped us to get right in once we arrived. The only thing that they should try to improve is parking; parking was better in the past before other companies bought out the extra space. Overall great experience!

Texas Roadhouse offers one of the best steak deals in the area. I had the prime rib, which is available seven nights a week, and it was excellent. The crust was perfect and the temperature was spot on.
Everything else on the plate was very good, and the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. My only minor complaint was the gravy, which tasted a bit processed compared to the rest of the meal. Overall, a great value and a place I would happily return to.

430pm on a Tuesday. Took a bit to get the hosts’ attention. About a 5 minute wait. Super friendly person took us to our seat. Asked if we wanted to pick our steaks, offered bread and peanuts. Super friendly server got our drinks and apps going. Brought drinks and took our order very quickly.
Pickle chips were razor thin, a little over done and over seasoned. Like crazy salty. Half of them were bitter. Not bad enough to complain to a teenage server. Or the manager.
8oz fillet was just below medium rare. It was perfect. 12oz strip was a little above medium rare. It was ok. My nephew didn’t complain.
The steak fries were cold, flaccid and sad. I think that’s my last time ordering them. I don’t know if I’ve ever really been happy with them.
Got the $9 rib add on. Dry, over seasoned, under sauced. Sad. Not bad enough to talk to management but that’s my last time ordering those as well.
I like the prices and the service at TR, but I’m not putting energy or time in trying to change things that never seem to change. I’m just going to adapt my ordering habits. I’ve been happy with the price and my steak 99.9% of the time so I’ll continue to patronize the establishment.

The servants should not take the battery out of the pay terminal at the table in hope of getting more tip. But the food was good we will be coming back. But we will always make sure the batteries are in its place.

My family and I ate here yesterday for my birthday and it was great! Jeremy was awesome and our server was so sweet and friendly. I also had no idea you could get the grilled shrimp appetizer in 9 rather than 6 so that was an awesome surprise.

I had never been to one. Believe it or not! First of all, those rolls that they give you when you come in, I mean a case could be made to go just for those! I’m not a lover of chain restaurants but I give this one high points. I loved picking out my own steak. I love that I left with a bag of peanuts. I love the way to kept our drink filled without asking.

We used call ahead seating. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Our waitress was amazing. The rolls were hot, our appetizers arrived extremely fast. We had a few drinks, also amazing and our food was delicious! It was everything we could have wanted for a special night out, without the kids.
