Wow. Atmosphere, food, blend of all and a little. I am every bit of picky, so my reviews are far and few in-between. Sooo busy, it was sardine-can waiting for a spot. Whether it was a 5 minute wait, a 40 minute-get-back-in-your-car-for-warmth–they’ll-call me-hunger-growl- @ribsarehittingmyback– it doesn’t matter. This is a definitely wait to die for.
BTW, we both had medium rare filet. One with grilled shrimp and the other with fall apart rib ( with flavor all the way through ya’ll!! ..somebody salt marinated…finally) i cried when one of my shrimp jumped off the barbie. I sang some taps….silently, for sure. Nothing dried out or overcooked. Baked potatoes humungus…is that a word?… Lol. We will be back with our too cute hats from NH Salem fleamarket that was not too far

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (during this visit).
Spent $40 on a boneless ribeye… it was raw. Waitress was awkwardly cold to us. They re-fired the ribeye and it came out perfectly the second time around. There was no apology, no smile and no check in apart from confirming the ribeye was cooked fine. The manager stopped by later and asked how we were doing, she did apology and gave us a smile. Our waitress did not talk to us again the rest of the night, we paid through the machine. We waited for nearly 20 minutes to get a box to go but just got up to ask. Our waitress did not clear any of our appetizer dishes so the table was very crowded.
(Maybe she was having a bad night, still left a 20% tip)… hopefully things get better.
The bowl of chili was great and loaded with cheese (came out warm).
Loaded mash was great too.
If Texas road house reaches out to me I will follow up. Otherwise do yourself a favor and avoid booth 113 on Friday nights at 5pm

We had my son’s 12th birthday here as he loves Texas Roadhouse and really wanted to ride the saddle. We requested Denzel because not only does my son love him but he’s an amazing server, so personable and friendly and FUNNY. we came as a party of 10 (some late and just all over the place) he was SO patient with us and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! My entire family was talking about how awesome he is!! The whole staff is great and I’m so grateful to all of them for making my son’s birthday so special especially Denzel!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Always overcooked. When ordering, I always give you a language trap to charge you more money, and once threatened me that wouldn’t give me take out box if I didn‘t tip 20%.

Visited tonight because we received two tokens from a program. 2 adults, 2 child’s under 12, we ordered kids meal and two adult entrees because the token said you can receive a FREE kids meal. We were denied the ability to use both despite what the token said. Manager said, that’s outdated and the could only use one. The food was horrible and won’t be back anyways.
Had to send back 1 kids meal because it came with cheese when we asked for a plain hamburger. Two adult burgers had toppings on that we requested to not have (fine because we can easily take it off) all 3 burgers were dry & no pink even though we asked for medium rare. So to not honor an “outdated” token is annoying (no expiration or additional rules noted on it) and was the whole reason we even ate here. If it said “PER VISIT” then that be understandable.

This Texas Roadhouse in Methuen is ok. The food was great. The waiter took the order then disappeared then the other waitresses bring food. The waiter was only available again after asking for him. Maybe I got the wrong waiter. If your waiter is a woman better service. The place is nice. Some TR do senior discount but this one does not. I believe the one in Nashua does. Yes join the VIP. For birthday they do sing happy birthday TR way which is nice and no free desert offer so if you want your birthday desert this place does not. The mangers seem nice. Yes It was my birthday.

The food is always decent here, and the prices are reasonable for how good the food is. But this location hates high chairs for some reason, and they always give far too much attitude over being asked for one. They spend far too long picking a table to accommodate it, try to talk you into a booster( Boosters don’t work when the booths are so big and your child is a baby, who wants to keep a hand on their child the entire time while they try to eat a meal?) and then just about roll their eyes when you insist on a high chair. I wish they would at least communicate why the high chair is so complicated because it just comes off as rude. Their entire demeanor shifts when they’re asked for one and I find it so off-putting. I likely won’t be back, even though the food is delicious because eating out is too expensive to feel like a burden simply cause you have a baby with you. We went 1/10/26 and I believe her name was Tracy, was so unpleasant once our server asked for help placing us. Set the entire experience off on a bad note and it wasn’t the first time getting that reaction. I’d think it was just a bad day for her but she’s not the only one who’s reacted that way.

Food was fine and all, but the server got upset and confronted me after only tipping 5$ AFTER the fact he forgot our appetizer, sodas were flat , forgot straws. Terrible service by him. Food was fine tho but super unprofessional
