Ordered 2 steak dinners, one with corn and baked potato and one with baked potato and sweet potato. Drove 30 minutes to order and pick up and 30 minutes home. Got home and noticed the sweet potato was not there. I called immediately and was told, “You can come back and get it.” When I told them I live 30 minutes away, she said I’ll have my manager call you.

They let you pick your own steak, like the bring you a choice or show you the steak display that they have near the entrance. So happy that they had something that my son eat all of it because he is picky. But I got myself a tbone steak with shrimp, fully loaded mash and corn it was so good.

The only reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because the cocktails from the bar are very stingy. With what they charge for a martini the glass should be full, not half full!! The whole amount of alcohol was about one ounce. I’ve never had such a small amount of a cocktail that I ordered in a restaurant like that. Other than that the food is pretty good and so far I’ve never had any issues with the wait staff.

The quality of the food is always good. The place was packed, I sit in the bar area. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The salad, the shrimp, steak and mashed potatoes everything was exquisite. Quality service.

Service was good, waiter was polite and attentive. They had a good service in communication as food was done waiters shared tables and brought food out to customer even if it wasn’t the original waiter i thought that was unique and thoughtful. Food was excellent. For my first time being there i had a great experience. Definitely should try the ribs they were great even without the barbeque and just seasoned.

Probably the only chain restaurant I frequent when I travel. You can’t get a better steak dinner for the price. I had an excellent prime rib. The picture is the middle size portion. Sides were baked potato and caesar salad. Salad is the weak link on the menu but no one goes there for salad. The only downside is all the locations are annoyingly noisy. I had the bad luck of having three tables close to me celebrating an event. My server was efficient and friendly

It’s been about 2-3 years since I placed a takeout order from here because EVERY TIME I do, the order is ALWAYS WRONG!! Every time I order a “loaded” sweet potato, I have to check my order before leaving because they NEVER EVER put anything on it and once again tonight, it was the same old problem!!! I do not recommend Texas Roadhouse to anyone for this reason! Well, that and the fact that (like Friendly’s) prices are higher and portions are smaller!!! Needless to say, I’ll never be back! McDonald’s has a better track record getting their orders right these days!!!
