This place is so freaking delicious. This truly is a hidden gem in copperas Cove. And I must try for anybody. Logan who was running the register was very kind and helped us to make our choice since it was our first time there he was so courteous and couldn’t be more helpful. The cook Gavin this guy is top-notch when it comes to food. Me and my daughter could not eat or food fast enough it was so good. We both had the pulled pork grilled cheese and it was phenomenal. I personally had to thank them both for their great service and attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back these two gentlemen. We’re so sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place it’s family-friendly and it tastes delicious. I wish I could give it 10 Stars.

Waitress did her best. The food was not worth waiting 40 minutes for. When the two sandwiches arrived,
1st pulled pork grilled sandwich looked like it had sat there a while. Grease was soaked into the sourdough bread, and the cheese looked almost transparent as opposed to melted.
The second was a Pepper Jack grilled cheese, cheese was stacked and not melted at all, food was room temperature and not hot which was disappointing seeing as we had waited so long assuming it was going to be hot and fresh. Tomato soup was clearly microwave and piping hot. It was not good. We didn’t even bother complaining at the location because we weren’t about to waist time waiting for our meal to be corrected. Would not recommend this location at all, we should have just stuck to our usual Cream Pies and Fries.

The manager/cook is super friendly, great customer service and made us feel welcomed. We would come here just because of that great service alone.
Grilled cheese sandwiches are a good size.
Decor is not what I expected for a grilled cheese place. The decor is urban modern with a twist of fancy. I really like it.

Great little spot right off the main highway. Restaurant was clean , we were greeted promptly but not rushed to make a decision, lots to choose from. Food came out quickly and had great flavor. I had the smoked chicken melt, which had a great smoked flavor, and my wife enjoyed the bacon, bacon grilled cheese. Halfway through our meal we we greeted by John who made sure everything was to our liking and if there was anything else we needed. All in all great service and great food, we will be back.

Food was absolutely phenomenal! I had the chicken, bacon, and ranch quesadilla and it was one of the tastiest things I have had. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning 🙂

Texas Meltdown is a must try! If you are a sandwich and/or soup person, this is the place to be. I first stopped in with my son one day for dinner. He loves grilled cheese sandwiches, so we decided to give them a try. They didn’t disappoint one bit! I had the lemon pepper chicken and bacon sandwich, and it was so good! The tomato basil soup is by far the best version I’ve ever had! It took me by surprise, and now I’m hooked. My son loved his grilled cheese and cookie, also. The customer service was great and even gave some recommendations. Definitely give them a try if you love a great sandwich, great soup, and great customer service. They also offer free loyalty cards.

First time trying this restaurant, really good food. Perfect portions, and very tasteful, also, filling. We were a party of 4 and paid about $50 for 4 sandwiches, 4 soups, and a side of mac n cheese, and it came with drinks. Will definitely be coming by again. Met the owner, a really nice guy, and had a good conversation.

My husband and I decided to try this place and we were not disappointed. We did have to wait about 20 minutes before we got our food because they were short staffed, but the food was tasty. I ate the lemon pepper chicken Swiss melt and my husband had the Buffalo ranch chicken. He got chips and a cookie as his side and I got chicken and dumplings. The chicken on the sandwiches are seasoned well. The chicken and dumplings was also well seasoned and creamy. My sandwich was on toasty ciabitta bread and my husband’s was on toast. Everything was melty and fresh and tasted great.

Sandwiches were very tasty, there were lots of variety of grilled cheese sandwiches that you could make. If you get a combo you get chips or soup. Staff was very friendly. Small, but nice restaurant, there may have been AC issues the day we went cause it was hot inside but tolerable. Only thing I didn’t like was all of our sandwiches came out at different times so by the time I got mine everyone else had been done eating, BUT that wouldn’t deter me from going back again.
