We popped in for dinner tonight and it was such an amazing experience! We had the goat biryani, the chicken tika masala, tandoori chicken and aloo gobi (cauliflower and potato dish) and all was fantastic! I had the Indian espresso and my mom had the chai tea! Both were so rich and delicious! This is the BEST Indian food in DFW and I’m so excited that it’s nestled in my neighborhood! Lastly, the service was 10 out of 10! Our server, Alice was so welcoming and knowledgeable! We’ll be regulars for sure!

My wife and I visited Texas Indian Cuisine for the first time today, and it was a really pleasant experience overall.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a young lady (Alice) at the front, which honestly caught me by surprise—in a good way. You don’t always see that level of warmth and attentiveness, especially in smaller local spots, so it immediately set a positive tone for our visit.
The restaurant looked clean and well taken care of, and you can tell that the new management (as noted on the front door) is genuinely trying to elevate the guest experience. Local small businesses truly deserve support when you can see the effort being put in, and this place is clearly moving in the right direction.
I ordered the Biryani rice, and while it took a bit of time to come out, I actually appreciated that. It told me the dish was being prepared fresh and not just sitting ready to be served. That’s something I even pointed out to my wife—it’s a good sign when food takes time. I did ask for mild, and it came out a little spicier than my personal comfort level, but mistakes happen. What mattered most was how it was handled. Alice, was very attentive and immediately offered to have the kitchen remake it with less spice. That level of care and willingness to make things right goes a long way.
Overall, the service was kind, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food quality felt authentic and thoughtfully prepared.
We’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Alice is there again because she really made us feel taken care of. Wishing the new management continued success—keep up the great work and the quality. Local gems like this are worth supporting.

The food was delicious! I got the chicken tikka masala and it didn’t disappoint. So if you like spicy food, this plate is for you. Overall I am definitely coming back. I also got Rasmalai for dessert but i accidentally forgot to take a picture. It was pretty good similar taste to a mexican dessert called Arroz con leche or at least that’s what i was tasting. But it was really good. Looking forward to trying out the rest of their menu.

We showed up with a large party of people who had never been here before. We are all big fans of Indian cuisine, so hopes and expectations were high. The service was exceptional; they welcomed our party warmly, managed the orders beautifully, and the food was absolutely top notch. I got to try 7 entrees, and 4 appetizers and every bite was fantastic. We will be back, no question. Easily the best Indian food around. I meant to take more photos, but after trying the first couple dishes we forgot all about it and got busy eating. Fair prices, health portions. Most places seem to be good, but “safe” with their recipes. These recipes felt much more like dinner at grandma’s house.
