Funky mushroom thyme pizza was incredible . It’s hard to describe or compare, because of the amazing flavors of the ingredients combined, and how it is cooked. The most distinct difference is the unique taste of the wood fire oven, that makes the crust of the pizza crispy outside and firm inside.

Coming to Texas Flat Bread House for fire stone pizza on a Friday/Saturday night is our favorite date night. I can’t choose a favorite pizza because they are all uniquely amazing. Freshest ingredients you can get. Dave the owner/operator went to great lengths to create the best possible pizza. From bringing in the best stone pizza oven maker, to a master fire chef. He plays great music and you can even BYOB! You won’t be disappointed with the overall experience.

We go here at least twice a month since it’s opened. Best pizza I’ve ever eaten. BYOB. Cash only currently. Handmade to order. Gourmet style ingredients. The cheese is aged. Love that it’s literally across the street from our house. Highly recommend if you are in the mood or are a pizza lover.

This hidden gem makes amazing pizza! I almost hate to give a review because I’m not sure I want the world to know. But it would be a shame not to share this little slice of Italian east coast (Brooklyn style) brick oven pizza with you. If you are within 1 hour of Lipan TX on a Friday night, Saturday night or Sunday morning, you need to put this on your must visit list. Fresh ingredients, amazing cheese, and the hot honey – oh my my my. Bring your cash (they don’t take CC or checks) and bring your own bottle of wine. The pizza is definitely worth your time.
