I tried this restaurant out for the first time a few days ago. Upon arriving I noticed the menu had price changes with new prices blacked out as well as the menu. The menu was all marked out with sharpie. The I assume owner was super friendly. She recommended the Cowboy special which was a hamburger with brisket, jalapeños, and onions. The fries were perfect!! I should have ordered something smaller but the burger was great!Now me personally I did not like the combination of what came on the burger. I ended up taking off everything and turning it into just a burger. I forgot what my fiance ordered but he liked his. I’m definitely going to go back and try other items! The restaurant is small but has plenty of seating. The workers did great clearing off tables and cleaning.

I ordered the hatch green chili cheeseburger with fries and the burger was juicy and delicious! Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is drive-through does take a while. I waited like 10 to 15 minutes to get order.

My husband and i think they make the best burgers in Abilene! Juicy and always fresh. Overheard they do not freeze their meat, and i would believe that. The fries are amazing as well! And the sweet tea is like southern tea – lots of sugar, just like sweet tea should be made! Note about the burgers though – they are so juicy i would not suggest getting them to go where you are going to go too far because the burger will soak your bun. Not a complaint, just a heads up for those who want to get it to go.

We both have the Philly and it was super good. Also had a piece of cheese cake and it was good as well. We’ll definitely be going back to try other items. This was our 1st go around. They service was super good the ladies was nice and went above and beyond.

We love this place. The owners and the food are all amazing! We just stopped by and they had a new item that was unreal. They have a Smashburger with carnalized unions, peppers, brisket, and a small amount of bbq sauce. It is the best hamburger I have ever had anywhere. Its the Cowboy burger. I hope it stays on the menu. Most humans can share it with someone and still get full. Great job Flaming Grill!!!!!!!!!!

Starting off: my review is based off of my experience vs review hype.
Staff is friendly. Using heavy scented/ concentrated cleaning products near anybody eating is extremely off putting. The smell of whatever she was wiping the table off with over powered everything else and about caused a headache. Water that stuff down!!
Food: Philly
Expectation based on reviews and word of mouth: AMAZING!
Reality: Go get the one at Subway. Honestly. Steak was dry. And very lacking in steak, especially for that price. Anybody who’s been anywhere near Philadelphia wouldn’t even give this 1 star. Best Philly around? Doubtful, surely there’s a place out here far superior. No way. I only ate half. The fries were great though.
Interior: got a table before the food was ready but this place needs to relocate somewhere bigger. Should’ve just got to go and ate in the car.
The burgers they brought out looked good. But in my personal opinion after traveling to over 6000 locations across the United States, don’t listen to the other reviews. Avoid the “Philly cheesesteak “. There’s NOTHING Philly about it. Seriously just get one at Subway. I was so disappointed in literally in my car in the parking lot writing this review now. I spent $20 on lunch.
Will I be back? I want that burger so yes. I’ll write another review next visit.
