Beautiful decor and atmosphere! The food was phenomenal, I’d love to come back sometime. The salad bar has so many good options and the steak was some of the best I’ve had.

First time at this location. The place is very modern, clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and the service was nothing short of amazing! The salad bar should be benchmarked as it has an amazing selection of fresh and quality food. The star of the show *is* the lobster bisque. Don’t miss that! An amazing experience for us and highly recommended! 5 restaurant and service. Well done!

Texas de Brazil in provided an exceptional dining experience for our party of four. The quality of the food was outstanding across the board—from the flavorful rotisserie meats to the well-stocked and delicious salad bar. The ambience was energetic and upscale, perfect for our celebration. I was particularly impressed with the service; our waitstaff was incredibly attentive and ensured we had a wonderful time without any delays. An all-around excellent choice for a special occasion.

The atmosphere was great, food was amazing. I forgot to take a picture of the food I got from their salad bar – that was great too! The only thing that we didn’t like was that we were told by the person checking reservations that our server was a woman and we waited for said woman for a good 10-15 minutes until a male server saw us just sitting there and proactively asked if we’ve been assisted yet. We of course told him that we haven’t and he was kind enough to be our server for the night. Other than this issue our date night was great!

Beautiful location. Many of the tables are in front of the door so it was pretty chilly on a day this cold. Food was pretty good, waited a long time for certain foods to come around but overall a great experience. Our server was friendly and helpful, but clearly very busy. We never got our fries and it took soooooo long to get our check. Will definitely give it another go!

Was my first time in this location.
I used to go Pittsburgh all the time.
The salad buffet was too poor in comparison to Pittsburgh location.
Same great service.

My boyfriend was really excited to go here, he has wanted to go for a really long time. Maybe expectations were too high. The salad bar has all the right elements, but the quality of food was not good. The tables are all squeezed together and it’s really loud, taking away from the ambiance and feels like you’re in an auditorium. They run around really quickly with the meat and it was more on the rare side than medium rare. Our server was just fine, no complaints there. Though I could not hear her above all the noise, she still did a great job.

It’s an over inflated buffet. It’s just a buffet. And it’s a really expensive sub par buffet. I could not wait to leave. I know franchises are what they are, but even Olive Garden would have likely delivered better results.

The experience was pretty cool. I took my children. I wouldn’t say it’s a kid friendly place unless your kids behave. It’s an expensive dining experience that people want to enjoy, not listen to children cry. The food was fresh and delicious. I. Especially like the sausage, probably my favorite. The strawberry limeade pitcher was delicious.
And the banana fosters pie at the end was the best.
I will drive down just for the pie

Arrived early to my reservations. Sat at the bar while I waited and bartender’s never took my drink order. They kept ignoring me and acting like they were busy.

When my party arrived we were seated and greeted by our waitress. Soon after we were all bombarded with servers asking if we wanted meat. All within 1-2min of each other. Nobody had time to eat their salad bar and could barely chew between servers coming up to the table. Yes it’s a nice service but nobody had their green card showing and that’s the point of the cards. Green means bring food red means don’t. All the food was mediocre at best. Chicken was super dry and steak was over seasoned.

The real reason for the 1 star review is due to the bill. They put everything on one bill and someone in the party had to pay and the party divided it up between themselves. That’s ridiculous considering we had a party of 8 people (keep this number in mind). I was the lucky guy that got voted to pay. After paying we packed up and left. It wasn’t till I got home that I realized they over charged us. They said there was 9 of us when we only had 8. I called in the very next day and the hostess said the manager was too busy to talk but they would send the info up to HR to review the video footage and count our party. It was during the holidays so she said it would take about a week. I waited a week with no contact. I called back after a week and got fed the same crap about the manager being busy and HR hasn’t looked at the tapes yet. I work for a large car dealership and we can pull up tapes within a minute so I have no idea why they are feeding me these lies. Hostess said I should hear something within the week. Again I waited another week with no contact. I called back again and yet again no manager available to talk and HR still hasn’t reviewed the tapes. I would file a dispute with my CC but the only info I have is a receipt saying there were 9 of us when there was only 8.

I and my party will not be back to any Texas De Brazil locations due to this lack of customer service and horrible experience.

We went there for a Valentines day dinner, and we had reservations. The first thing the host tells us when we are seated is we are at full capacity and we need to finish up eating within 45 minutes. We usually have a pitcher of sangria, take our time and enjoy the variety of meat that is brought around to the table and were completely surprised by this new policy. But we agreed to those terms, ate quickly and left. If we had known this was the case we would have went elsewhere.
