Walking in you are greeted with a smile. The hostess was so great. This is your night out and you feel it the moment you step through the doors.
This place is amazing. The decor is perfect. I loved the chandeliers and metal sculptures.
Our server was Sahara. She’s so nice and attentive. The service was impeccable.
We went for the salad bar, being vegetarians which was, by far, the best salad bar in the greater Cleveland area. The selections were many and the quality was top notch! The cheeses were so great. We ate so much and we were too stuffed to stay any longer than we did.
The meats were pretty awesome, too ! It was amazing to see the servers walking around with skewers of meat that looked delicious. I took so many pictures.
Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant and made our dinner memorable.
We will definitely go back. It was 100% worth it. Do yourself a favor and visit for a great meal. We are so happy that we went.

The experience here was wonderful! I’ve been to other Texas de Brazil locations, but this one by far was the best. First off, our server Jourdan was amazing. My fiancé and I both agreed that we’ve never had service like she was providing. She made sure our drinks, including water, was always full. She checked in on us, replaced side dishes if we wanted, and made sure we got any meats we requested.
Secondly, the food was fantastic! The meats served were juicy and tender. The beef and lamb were almost always a medium-rare temp, but many of the kind gentlemen bringing them around would ask if we wanted a cut that was cooked more. Our experience was amazing and well return!

I’m giving 2 star only because of the GM, who was very attentive and friendly. Food was meh at best, for the price I’d rather go to an actual steakhouse and get way better quality meats. Lobster bisque was just okay. Don’t understand all the hype.
We were there for a birthday, we got nothing. Just a plain “happy birthday”. Pretty disappointing spending $200 just for that.

This was a last minute decision for Christmas dinner, and one of the few restaurants open on Christmas Day. The dinner price was not communicated to us until the end of the meal when the bill arrived, so we were a bit surprised to see the cost was $56.99 per plate. Every table was filled, and the noise level was very loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation with the person you were dining with. The pricing and heavy business may have been due to the restaurant being one of the few open options for the holiday.
An unusual situation occurred at the table next to us, where a guest had an emotional support dog. When they asked for a to-go box, they were told the restaurant does not allow or provide them. The dog’s owner then removed doggie bags from the dog’s leash, filled them with leftovers, and tied them back onto the leash, something I had never seen before.
That said, the food was very good. The salad bar offered many fresh and healthy choices, and the meats served tableside were exceptionally good.
Most importantly, the service was outstanding. James and Joey did an excellent job, and considering how busy the restaurant was on a holiday evening, they and the other servers who brought meats to our table were very polite, friendly, and attentive. Their professionalism truly stood out and helped make the experience enjoyable despite the ambiance for the price of our dinner.

The place was absolutely crazy on Valentine’s Day. Sitting and eating while a crowd of 30+ is standing up in the corner waiting to have a seat. We had a reservation for 8:30 and got sat at 9:00p. We didn’t have to wait as long as many other people; I will say when we did get sat, everything was Ok. Food was great, the salad bar was a little scattered around looking. But besides that, it was pretty good! Will probably go to the east side location the next time.

We went to celebrate my son’s birthday. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The salad bar is amazing all in itself. There is so many choices and the all are fresh and delicious. The meat selection, the cook and flavor are melt in your mouth amazing. The entire experience was so much more than we expected. Dessert was a great way to finish the entire meal. Compliments to the staff for creating such a wonderfully enjoyable experience.

Sat us by door up front freezing. Asked to be moved (33% of the seats were empty) and they said no they were booked. Very direct and non concerning. Sat there shivering the whole night felt horrible for wife on her birthday. Food was good. Loud, dirty floor, average service. Won’t go back. No biggy sometimes in life things don’t go your way LOL – was just amazed they didn’t care.
